TeamGroup has announced two new PCIe M.2 SSDs, the T-Force Cardea Zero-Z330 and the T-Force Cardea Zero-Z340, aimed primarily at gamers and performance enthusiasts.
Both SSDs are equipped with a less than one millimeter thick graphene copper foil cooling solution patented by the manufacturer, which is supposed to ensure low temperatures even under long-term loads, so that the SSDs don’t have to be throttled by overheating.
TeamGrup thus speaks of continuously high read and write rates. The T-Force Cardea Zero-Z330 achieves up to 2,100 MB/s read and 1,700 MB/s write, the T-Force Cardea Zero-Z340 is even a bit faster with 3,400 MB/s read and 3,000 MB/s write.
TeamGroup uses PCIe Gen3x4 as the interface for both SSDs. NVMe 1.3, S.M.A.R.T., TRIM, and LDPC-ECC error correction are also supported.
Both SSDs will be available in 256 GB, 512 GB and 1 TB. Prices and availability are not yet known.
