Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 MAX: Wireless gaming headset with 40 hours of battery life

With the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 MAX wireless gaming headset, the manufacturer has introduced the latest member of its headset family. The new model focuses on multi-platform compatibility, a battery life of over 40 hours, wireless USB and Bluetooth connectivity, and app-based controls.

Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 MAX: Designed for Xbox

Wirelessly, the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 MAX offers a choice of two different operating modes. Optionally, the gaming headset can communicate via USB or Bluetooth with Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Windows PCs and Macs, as well as compatible Android and iOS mobile devices. The switch is made simply by flipping a switch.

The battery life has also been improved compared to the standard model. A full 40 hours are now possible. Thanks to fast-charging technology, 15 minutes on the power is enough to supply the headset with energy again for eight hours.

The Stealth 700 Gen 2 MAX continues to deliver the strong audio quality with powerful 3D surround sound and ultimate comfort that has won many awards. The new model also relies on large and powerful 50mm Nanoclear drivers. The specially developed Superhuman Hearing functionality is also present once again.

High wearing comfort

Also in the mix are cooling Aerofit ear cushions made from a gel-memoryfoam combination that allow for ProSpecs comfort that is easy on the eyeglasses. A metal-reinforced headband also provides a secure fit.

The Gen 2s’ flip-to-mute microphone also lets you have crystal-clear conversations, while Bluetooth mode specifically for Discord or voice chats lets you answer calls, start or pause music playback, and connect to the Companion app. Audio presets, mic monitoring and other settings can be set within the app.

Stealth 600 Gen 2 MAX and Stealth 600 Gen 2 USB available now

Earlier in March, Turtle Beach had also unveiled the Stealth 600 Gen 2 MAX and Stealth 600 Gen 2 USB gaming headsets, which are now available in stores. The Designed for Xbox Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 2 MAX Wireless Multiplatform Gaming Headset offers more than 48 hours of battery life, while lossless low-latency connectivity to various systems is provided by Turtle Beach’s proprietary 2.4 GHz USB wireless transmitter. There are big, powerful 50mm speakers here, too, an impressive 3D surround sound, as well as a flip-to-mute microphone.

The Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 2 USB Designed for Xbox wireless amplified headset delivers high-quality gaming and chat audio on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. The long battery life of more than 24 hours and latency-free connection using the 2.4 GHz USB transmitter are the main features here.

Prices and Availability

The Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 MAX is available for pre-order now in Black and Cobalt Blue directly from the manufacturer’s store. The RRP is 199.99 euros. The headset is then scheduled to appear on May 08, 2022.

The Stealth 600 Gen 2 MAX is available in black starting today at an MSRP of €139.99, while the Midnight Red and Arctic Camo versions will be available on May 8, 2022. The new Stealth 600 Gen 2 USB is available now in Europe at an MSRP of 99.99 €.
