A few days after the Stealth 600 Gen 2 Max in new colors, Turtle Beach announces a brand new headset in the form of the Turtle Beach Stealth Pro, which is a new flagship model that aims to score with superior sound and active noise cancellation (ANC).
The Turtle Beach Stealth Pro in detail
The Turtle Beach Stealth Pro wants to position itself in the high-end segment of gaming headsets. Sound-wise, the device relies on 50 mm Nanoclear drivers, which are supposed to realize an excellent audio quality with rich bass and a high spatiality. This also offers 3D surround sound in conjunction with Windows Sonic, on Xbox and in combination with Sony’s Tempest 3D audio engine on PlayStation 5.
Also included is active noise cancellation, which we already know from competitors like the JBL Quantum 910 (our review) or Sony Inzone H9 (our review).
Turtle Beach promises noise cancellation of up to 25 dB, which they claim to have created the most effective ANC feature ever implemented in a gaming headset.
In addition, the gaming headset features no less than two microphone options: the removable TruSpeak Boom microphone, which reduces background noise up to ten times more than competing microphones, and two microphones integrated directly into the headset. The Stealth Pro’s microphones feature Turtle Beach’s S.M.A.R.T. (Sonic Measurement Audio Reduction Tuning) technology, which ensures that only the voice is picked up.
The Stealth Pro promises a high level of wearing comfort thanks to high-quality synthetic liner and memory foam cushions with patented ProSpecs technology that is easy on the eyeglasses. Additional features such as variable microphone monitoring, Superhuman Hearing, audio presets and other customization options are available through the Turtle Beach Audio Hub app.
Other features of the Turtle Beach Stealth Pro
The Turtle Beach Stealth Pro operates wirelessly, with the option of ultra-low latency in the 2.4 GHz wireless band with a range of up to 15 meters, or via Bluetooth 5.1 to connect to smartphones, tablets and more.
And thanks to dual connection, even simultaneously with the wireless receiver, for example, to play on the PC or console and take a call on the smartphone at the same time.
Two replaceable battery packs are said to provide over 12 hours of runtime each, allowing for uninterrupted use – similar to what we’ve already seen in the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless (our review).

The Turtle Beach Stealth Pro gaming headset will be available in stores on April 23, 2023, and comes in either “Designed for Xbox” or PlayStation variants. The manufacturer’s recommended retail price is 329.99 euros. More details can be found on Turtle Beach’s official product website.
