With the new InfinityBook Max 15, TUXEDO is expanding its InfinityBook Pro series with a particularly powerful and mobile notebook. The 15.3-inch laptop combines AMD Ryzen AI processors with NVIDIA RTX 5000 series graphics cards and is aimed at professional users, developers and gamers who demand mobile power with high efficiency and Linux compatibility.
- AMD Ryzen AI 300 processors with up to 80 TOPS AI performance
- NVIDIA RTX 5060/5070 with variable TGP of up to 115 watts
- 15.3” display with 500 nits, 300 Hz and 100% sRGB
- Up to 128 GB RAM, 8 TB SSD and 99 Wh battery
Maximum performance at less than 2 kg
The InfinityBook Max 15 weighs just 1.95 kilograms and consists of a robust all-aluminum housing that combines stability and mobility. Despite the thin design and compact cooling, the notebook delivers workstation performance for computing-intensive tasks such as programming, rendering or video editing – with standard dimensions and a high battery reserve.
The built-in AMD Ryzen AI-300 processors offer an impressive balance between efficiency and performance. Even the entry-level Ryzen AI 7 350 processor with eight cores delivers high computing power with a variable energy consumption of 10 to 70 watts. In addition, the Ryzen AI 9 365 and Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 are available with up to 12 cores, 24 threads and around 15 % higher performance. Thanks to the integrated AI engine (Ryzen AI Engine), tasks such as text recognition, image generation or voice assistance are processed locally on the device – without cloud dependency.
In combination with up to 128 GB DDR5-5600 RAM and fast PCIe 4.0 SSDs with a maximum of 8 TB of storage, the InfinityBook Max 15 is also ideally equipped for memory-intensive workflows. This positions it well above the classic business segment without losing the mobility of an ultrabook.
Graphics power and smart cooling
For graphics-intensive applications and games, TUXEDO relies on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 or RTX 5070 GPUs. Both variants offer a three to fourfold increase in graphics performance compared to the Radeon 890M of the InfinityBook Pro 15. The Total Graphics Power can be flexibly adjusted in the TUXEDO Control Center between 45 and 115 watts (or 50 – 115 watts for the RTX 5070) – ideal for an individual balance between volume and performance.
A revised 8 mm low-profile cooling system ensures that the CPU and GPU are cooled efficiently with a total power consumption of up to 150 watts. The notebook remains remarkably flat despite high continuous loads. Those who prefer to work quietly can adjust both the fan curve and the power consumption via the Control Center.
Display, battery and connections
The 15.3-inch panel offers a resolution of 2560 × 1600 pixels, a refresh rate of 300 Hz and a brightness of 500 nits. Together with full sRGB coverage, the display is ideal for both creative work and gaming.
Power is supplied by a 99 Wh battery – the maximum permitted for air travel – with a runtime of up to ten hours when surfing the web. In addition to the compact 240-watt GaN power supply, the notebook also supports USB-C charging with up to 140 watts.
There is no shortage of interfaces: 2× USB-C (USB4 and USB 3.2 Gen2), 2× HDMI 2.1, Mini-DisplayPort 2.1, 3× USB-A, LAN, card reader and audio connections allow up to five monitors to be connected simultaneously.
Available for pre-order now
The InfinityBook Max 15 comes pre-installed with TUXEDO OS or Ubuntu 24.04 – optionally also with Windows 11. All models offer full Linux support including in-house drivers, control over own tools and optional full-disk encryption.
The basic configuration with Ryzen AI 7 350, 16 GB DDR5 RAM, 1 TB Samsung SSD and TUXEDO OS starts at 1,689 euros (incl. 19% VAT). The notebook can be pre-ordered now, with delivery starting at the beginning of December.
