Ugreen is expanding its Nexode Pro series with two new chargers featuring a built-in smart display: the Nexode Pro 160W Charger with a retractable cable and the Nexode Pro 300W Desktop Charger. Both models feature GaN technology, app control via UgreenConnect, and a display that shows charging power, voltage, and temperature in real time. They were unveiled on July 30, 2026—initially for the U.S. market at prices of $119.99 and $139.99, respectively.
Nexode Pro 160W: Travel Charger with Retractable Cable
The highlight of this compact model is right in its name: Ugreen is promoting the Nexode Pro 160W as the world’s first 160W charger with a smart display and an integrated, retractable cable. The cable can be extended up to 70 centimeters (27.6 inches) and locks into place at eight different length settings. Both the cable and the separate USB-C1 port deliver up to 140 watts each—enough to charge compatible laptops at full speed.
In total, the power adapter delivers 160 watts across four ports (three USB-C, one USB-A) and can thus power up to four devices simultaneously—according to Ugreen, that’s roughly two laptops at the same time. Performance is powered by the company’s proprietary GaNInfinity technology, which operates efficiently despite its compact design. To prevent overheating, SmartCharge Power Distribution and Thermal Guard monitor the temperature up to 200 times per second.
The built-in display shows total power output, watts per port, the active fast-charging protocol, as well as current, voltage, temperature, and charging mode at a glance. The charger can also be controlled via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi using the UgreenConnect app—including remote shutdown and OTA updates for future compatibility improvements.
Nexode Pro 300W: First Desktop Charger with a Display
The Nexode Pro 300W is Ugreen’s first desktop charger with a built-in screen and is clearly designed for the desk. Eight ports deliver up to 300 watts of total power—intended for laptops, tablets, gaming accessories, and other equipment simultaneously. Three independent USB-C ports (C1, C2, C3) each deliver up to 140 watts, allowing multiple power-hungry devices to charge in parallel at top speed. In addition, there’s an integrated DC output with up to 240 watts for specialized desktop hardware.
The display focuses on providing an overview of the workspace and shows total power output, active port wattage, and connection status. Using the UgreenConnect app, you can customize display themes and clock styles, as well as switch between five power distribution profiles; OTA updates keep the station up to date. The housing features a soft-touch surface with a coating that Ugreen compares to materials used in automotive interiors. Here, too, GaNInfinity architecture and Thermal Guard ensure continuous operation.

Price and Availability
Both chargers will initially be available only in the U.S.—through the UGREEN Official Store and on Amazon. The Nexode Pro 160W with a retractable cable costs $119.99, while the Nexode Pro 300W desktop charger costs $139.99. Ugreen has not yet announced a release date or price for the German market.
For those who don’t want to wait for the launch: The Nexode Pro series is already available in Germany with other models. Just recently, the affordable 5-port Nexode Pro 160W was launched here, along with the compact Nexode Pro 100W model featuring a smart display. Our review of the Nexode 500W demonstrates just how powerful Ugreen’s desktop chargers are in everyday use.
Conclusion
With the Nexode Pro 160W and the Nexode Pro 300W, Ugreen is consistently expanding the Nexode Pro series toward smart displays and app control. The 160W charger with a retractable cable eliminates the need for a cumbersome extra cable when on the go, while the 300W desktop charger turns your desk into a central charging station with eight ports. For German buyers, the only option for now is to look across the Atlantic—it remains to be seen whether and when both models will be available in Germany.
