Ultrahuman has announced a major upgrade to its Ultrahuman Home product, making it one of the most advanced non-invasive sleep monitoring systems available. With new features to analyze the sleep environment and respiratory health, the device provides in-depth insights into factors that significantly affect sleep quality. Users receive detailed data on ambient light, air quality, noise, snoring and more – all without having to wear a wearable device.
- Monitors room environment with light incidence, sound patterns, air quality, temperature and humidity
- AI-powered detection and categorization of snoring and coughing episodes, breathing patterns and ambient noise
- Respiratory health score with time-marked events and optional audio playback
- Smart home integration from December 2025 for automated adjustments to lighting, air purification and temperature
- UltraSync connects data to the Ultrahuman Ring AIR for comprehensive context on sleep and recovery health
Holistic sleep monitoring without wearing a device
Ultrahuman Home features off-body sleep monitoring that recognizes everyone in the room – ideal for shared bedrooms. By analyzing environmental factors such as light exposure, it is possible to understand how blue light or nocturnal light influences melatonin production and thus the falling asleep and deep sleep phases. Acoustic environmental influences are also recorded: In addition to everyday noises such as traffic or dogs, snoring and coughing are actively detected, which is critical for sleep quality.

The focus is also on air quality: increased CO₂ levels lead to fragmented sleep as the body has to do more breathing work. Temperature and humidity are monitored, as deviations from the optimum range can stress the body and disrupt sleep. If an unfavorable environment is detected, the system provides instructions on how to improve sleeping conditions.
AI-based breathing analysis and data protection
Two precision microphones, together with AI algorithms, enable the precise recording of breathing patterns. This includes snoring intensity, cough frequency and other breathing disturbances, which are summarized in a respiratory health score. Time-marked events with audio playback support users and possibly medical professionals in the early detection of respiratory problems.
Privacy is paramount: microphones can be physically deactivated and all recordings can be permanently deleted. Data processing meets high data protection standards such as HIPAA and GDPR.
Smart home control and integration with Ultrahuman Ring AIR
From December 2025, Ultrahuman Home will respond to environmental data by controlling compatible smart home devices. Lighting systems, air purifiers, thermostats and HVAC systems are automatically adjusted to optimize the sleeping environment. The Matter integration promises simplified control via platforms such as Apple Home, Google Home and Alexa.
In addition, UltraSync links the environmental data from Ultrahuman Home with the personal health data from Ultrahuman Ring AIR. This results in comprehensive analyses and correlations between sleep phases and environmental factors, such as noise, air quality or blue light, which creates new precise starting points for improved sleep hygiene.
Ultrahuman Home price and availability
The Ultrahuman Home is available at the regular price of 579 euros. Due to a Black Friday discount, it is available for only 369 euros until December 1, 2025. All existing users worldwide will benefit from the new features through a software update that will be rolled out soon.
This upgrade elevates Ultrahuman Home to one of the most comprehensive sleep analysis devices on the market, helping to detect and optimize a variety of sleep and respiratory health factors without wearing sensors.
