Ultrahuman Ring PRO: 15-day battery life and real-time AI “Jade” set new standards

With the Ultrahuman Ring PRO and the new AI platform “Jade”, Ultrahuman presents two key innovations for its wearable ecosystem. The third-generation smart ring promises an industry-leading battery life of up to 15 days, while Jade is the world’s first real-time biointelligent AI that not only analyzes health data, but actively responds to it. The combination of powerful hardware and deeply integrated AI points to a strategic move away from pure data collection towards automated health intelligence.

  • Up to 15 days of battery life and 250 days of local data storage
  • Jade: real-time AI with active functions such as AFib detection
  • PRO Charging Case with 45 days of battery life and UltraSnap technology
  • Worldwide market launch (except USA) from 479 euros

Ultrahuman Ring PRO: High-end smart ring with 15-day runtime

The Ultrahuman Ring PRO is positioned above the Ring AIR and has been consistently optimized for endurance and precision. With a battery life of up to 15 days, it clearly outperforms most current smart rings – four to seven days are currently more common on the market. The claim therefore seems ambitious, but technically plausible, provided that energy efficiency, sensor optimization and on-chip processing have been consistently implemented.

The unibody housing made of titanium should not only be robust, but also light. A new feature is a revised heart rate sensor, which should provide more precise readings, especially during sleep. This is complemented by a dual-core processor that enables machine learning directly on the ring. This edge processing reduces latency and saves energy, as less data needs to be constantly transferred to external servers.

Ultrahuman Ring PRO

With up to 250 days of locally storable data, Ultrahuman is also self-sufficient. This offers practical added value, especially when traveling or during longer offline periods. Safety aspects have also been taken into account: In an emergency, the ring can be opened with household tools in the event of swelling or injury – an unusual but sensible approach.

The new PRO Charging Case expands the concept. It offers its own runtime of up to 45 days, supports Qi charging and integrates functions such as “Find My Case”, haptic signals and LED status indicators. The UltraSnap technology is designed to charge more efficiently and with less heat generation than conventional wireless solutions – technically understandable, as magnetic contact solutions are usually more energy-efficient.

Jade: Biointelligent real-time AI for health data

Alongside the Ring PRO, Ultrahuman is introducing “Jade”, an AI that goes beyond traditional analysis models. Unlike conventional large language models, which primarily evaluate data retrospectively, Jade is designed to react actively in real time. This includes, for example, starting breathing exercises or activating atrial fibrillation detection.

Jade links Ring data with other components of the Ultrahuman ecosystem – including over 120 blood vision biomarkers, CGM glucose trends from the M1 system and environmental data from Ultrahuman Home. This holistic data fusion seems technically ambitious, but can be plausibly implemented within the framework of modern API-supported platform architectures.

Two modes – standard and deep research – allow different analysis intensities. Particularly relevant are functions such as:

  • AFib detection with continuous night-time monitoring
  • Caffeine window with real-time level display
  • Airway and snoring analysis
  • Cycle & Ovulation Pro with over 90% accuracy
  • Migraine insights based on approved digital therapy

The analogy to autonomous driving AI illustrates the claim: Jade should not only interpret, but also act independently in the future – for example through integration with smart home systems or personalized recommendations for action.

Conclusion

With the Ultrahuman Ring PRO and the AI Jade, Ultrahuman is expanding the smart ring segment with a significantly stronger level of automation. The promised 15-day battery life seems realistic, albeit ambitious, in the context of the technical specifications. The Ring PRO is available to pre-order now (outside the USA) for 479 euros, with delivery starting in March 2026. Jade is available to existing users as a platform upgrade. The combination of durable hardware and active real-time AI could have a lasting impact on the wearable segment.
