Zotac MAGNUS EAMAX: AMD Strix Halo now in a compact 2.65-liter mini PC

Zotac has unveiled the MAGNUS EAMAX, an extremely compact mini PC that combines the powerful AMD Strix Halo APU in a housing measuring just 2.65 liters. Despite its small size, the mini PC delivers impressive performance that was previously only possible in much larger desktop systems. The combination of Zen 5 CPU cores, integrated GPU and fast LPDDR5X RAM makes the Zbox Magnus EAMAX a real high-end solution for gamers, creatives and technology enthusiasts who have little space available but do not want to compromise on performance.

In a nutshell:

  • AMD Strix Halo APU with up to 16 Zen 5 cores and integrated Radeon GPU
  • Compact 2.65-liter case with fan cooling and external 240-watt power supply unit
  • Up to 128 GB LPDDR5X RAM, optionally with Windows 11 and 1 TB SSD
  • Modern connections: DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.1, USB4, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4

High-end performance in the smallest space

The Zotac MAGNUS EAMAX uses the AMD Strix Halo APUs, which combine up to 16 Zen 5 CPU cores and the most powerful integrated GPU from AMD to date. This allows demanding applications, gaming and multimedia applications to run smoothly in the smallest of spaces. The mini PC is so compact that it hardly takes up any space on a desk. With dimensions of 210 × 203 × 62.2 mm, the Zbox can be easily integrated into small work environments or media centers without compromising performance.

Versatile ports and modern connectivity

Despite its compact design, the MAGNUS EAMAX offers a wide range of connections. Two DisplayPort 1.4 and two HDMI 2.1 connections are available for image output. The rear I/O panel also offers four USB-A ports, two network connections with 2.5 Gbit/s, antenna connections for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. USB-A, USB4 via Type-C and a headphone output are also integrated at the front for flexible connection of peripheral devices.

The Zbox Magnus EAMAX is available in three variants:

  • EAMAX395C: Ryzen AI MAX+ 395, 128 GB LPDDR5X, Radeon 8060S
