Scope of delivery and assembly
The Fiido C11 Pro is delivered largely pre-assembled in a generously sized box. The low-budget e-bike makes a good first impression here. When you unpack it, you are greeted by a bike that only requires a few assembly steps. You don’t need to have any previous technical knowledge. To make assembly easier, Fiido includes practical step-by-step instructions. As these are very well illustrated, we didn’t mind the occasional translation errors.
If you are overwhelmed by the enclosed assembly instructions, you can also use a practical assembly video as a template. The few necessary assembly steps include inserting the front wheel and screwing on the handlebars. You also need to attach the pedals and fit the mudguards. After inflating the tires and thoroughly tightening all the screws, the e-bike is ready to ride.
You should allow just under half an hour for assembly. If you don’t have a toolbox at home, don’t despair. After all, Fiido includes the right tools in the scope of delivery. Overall, the Fiido C11 Pro impresses with its extensive scope of delivery and well thought-out assembly, which saves customers a lot of time and effort so that you can start riding quickly and safely.
Fiido C11 Pro test: design and workmanship
The clean and modern design of the Fiido C11 Pro catches the eye at first glance. The low step-through frame makes it easy to get on and conveys a feeling of safety and comfort. The riding position qualifies the Fiido C11 Pro as a two-wheeled all-rounder.
The bike guarantees an ergonomic seat for both daily commuting through the city and cycling through the forest. The shiny metallic color makes a really high-quality impression. And this also applies to the rest of the workmanship – for the most part at least. The e-bike relies on robust materials and precise welded seams.
This speaks for a durable frame. We also like the rest of the minimalist look. In combination with the well-placed controls, you always have an overview at the wheel and benefit from intuitive operation.
With a total weight of 24 kg, the Fiido is anything but a lightweight. However, the e-bike should not be compared with sporty featherweights such as the Urtopia Carbon One (Review | € 2,699.00 *). Fiido specifies a possible payload of 120 kg. The luggage rack in turn allows a load of up to 20 kg. If the luggage rack is not enough, you can also attach a bicycle basket to the front.
Fiido C11 Pro test: Technology
Motor, drive and battery
At the heart of the Fiido C11 Pro is a powerful yet efficient rear wheel motor with a rated output of 250 watts. With 55 Newton meters, the motor delivers enough torque to tackle even steeper climbs with ease, which is an advantage in both urban and hilly regions. While the drive is absolutely sufficient in the city and for moderate loads, ambitious riders may occasionally wish for more power.
After all, it does reach its limits in challenging situations. In this price range, however, the performance offered is more than sufficient. If you want more, you have to pay more. What is anything but a matter of course in this price range is the torque sensor. This recognizes the strength of your pedal strokes and automatically adjusts the motor power. This results in a smooth and natural riding experience.
One of the key factors for e-bikes is the battery capacity. The C11 Pro is equipped with an almost 500 Wh battery. This can be easily removed, so you don’t have to lug the entire bike into your home to charge it. Fiido protects the battery against theft with a suitable key. This allows you to conveniently lock the battery to protect it from thieves. Fiido claims a range of 104 km for the completely waterproof battery. We will find out later whether this is actually true in practice.
Gears, brakes and suspension
The 7-speed gears can be operated using the paddles on the right handlebar grip. Shifting between the seven gears is smooth, which makes for a comfortable start. Fiido has achieved a good balance between motor assistance and manual shifting. The motor offers three different levels of assistance.
You can choose between Eco, Sport and Turbo. The hydraulic disc brakes, which can be found on both the front and rear of the Fiido C11 Pro, ensure quick and reliable stops. This ensures a high level of safety. The e-bike has undoubtedly been designed primarily for use in urban areas.
However, the well-tuned suspension also makes it possible to comfortably absorb bumps in the road surface during off-road use. This comes into its own both on uneven city roads and on light gravel paths. However, it is a bit of a shame that the 40 mm suspension travel cannot be adjusted. You will have to make do with the factory setting.

Fiido C11 Pro test: Riding characteristics and handling
The Fiido C11 Pro left a really good impression on us in the extensive riding test. One reason for this is the high level of comfort. The combination of the comfortable low step-through, soft saddle and the natural riding position allow even longer rides without signs of fatigue. In city traffic, the C11 Pro is agile and responsive.
The steering reacts precisely, which is a great advantage in tight bends and when maneuvering in congested areas. Thanks to the powerful motor, the bike feels dynamic even when accelerating quickly. The integration of the electric assistance always remains harmonious, so that the transition between purely manual and motorized riding is almost seamless. This is where the torque sensor pays off.
Only when changing to higher support levels would we have liked more fine-tuning. We noticed some noticeable delays here. The weight distribution also plays a role on sloping roads or when overcoming smaller obstacles: the model scores points here with its good balance, which conveys a safe riding experience.
Fiido C11 Pro test: Equipment and additional features
Despite its low price, the Fiido C11 Pro offers extensive integration of modern technology. Firstly, there is the display. This offers a good overview and shows important parameters such as speed, battery status, support level and odometer. The content is also very easy to read in direct sunlight.
There is also a practical USB-A port on the display or control unit. You can use this to charge your smartphone while riding, for example. The bike battery serves as an energy source. This is helpful for anyone who wants to use their smartphone as a navigation system on their e-bike.
Lighting and other safety features are also integrated. With the help of the Fiido app, you can also view the most important parameters of the e-bike via your smartphone. And that’s not all. You can also increase the number of support levels from 3 to 5. Other minor settings are also possible. For example, if the button sound on the control unit bothers you, you can deactivate it.
The C11 Pro has front and rear LED lighting, which ensures sufficient visibility in the dark. Really cool: The rear light even functions as a brake light, which provides additional safety. The lighting system draws the necessary energy from the battery. Unfortunately, there is no anti-theft protection. In the price range of the Fiido C11 Pro, however, this would be very unusual.
Fiido C11 Pro test: range
Fiido claims a range of a good 100 kilometers for the C11 Pro. As is usual with many other manufacturers, this figure only corresponds to reality in absolutely ideal conditions. In plain language, this value can only be achieved if you only ride in Eco mode at moderate temperatures and on flat, gradient-free routes. In the test, we opted for mixed use.
We primarily switched back and forth between the first and second support level and were not compulsively economical. The result was really good with a good 70 kilometers. If the battery is empty, it can be fully recharged within approx. 5 hours. If you are planning longer tours, you can also take a second battery with you on tour. Thanks to the removable design, you can simply swap the battery if necessary and easily double the range.
Conclusion: Good overall package with minor weaknesses
The Fiido C11 Pro impresses as an affordable step-through bike with an appealing design, good workmanship and sophisticated technology. The powerful motor with torque sensor, comfortable seating position and easy handling are particularly positive features. The range of around 70 kilometers in the practical test is also decent for this price range. But of course there are minor weaknesses: The suspension travel is not adjustable and the motor tuning could be a little more sensitive. We would also have liked to see anti-theft protection. Nevertheless, the C11 Pro offers a well-rounded overall package for commuters and leisure riders looking for a solid e-bike at a fair price. If you are looking for a comfortable, modern and well-equipped e-bike, you can’t go wrong with the Fiido C11 Pro.
