The Chinese company Creality, which launched its first laser engraving machine on the market in 2021, wants to attract attention to itself and its products in the new year. The basis of the company’s targeted success is to be a consistent focus on customer wishes and experiences.
From 2021 until today
The first laser engraving product from Creality was the CV01-Pro machine from the Falcon series. The following year, the company launched the CR laser Falcon series with different power models (5 W, 7.5 W and 10 W). Looking back, the company sees the new products as consistent further developments of the first laser engraving machine. “The functionality of this series was significantly improved in order to meet the creative requirements of cutting and engraving,” says Creality. In addition, there has been a focus on customer service ever since: according to Creality, the company is committed to providing a good overall experience.
This approach was then continued last year with the Falcon 2 series, which brought with it even more powerful devices. There is a choice of power options of 12, 22 and 40 watts. In addition, Creality has introduced complete packages with the Falcon 2 series that make installation easier – and are therefore more suitable for mass production than the previous models. The company’s new online store was also launched in 2023: crealityfalcon.com. Since then, the company’s products have been easily accessible, which has been extremely beneficial to their distribution.
Creality has big plans for 2024
Creality’s laser engraving journey is far from over. In the new year, the company plans to continue on its chosen path. The primary goal is to develop laser engraving machines that are as cost-effective as possible. Creality is thus participating in a trend that has been ongoing for several years now: while engraving machines were primarily found in specialist workshops a decade ago, they have since become smaller and cheaper – which has enabled them to find their way into more and more private households.
Creality also wants to continue its customer service and offer more additional services than before. We can therefore look forward to seeing what new developments will be initiated in the world of laser engraving this year.
