Dreame L20 Ultra: Practical base station

Before the cleaning process, the station thoroughly rinses the mops of the smart household helper. It automatically adds a little of the detergent included in the scope of delivery. The cleaning tour then begins. The robot returns to the base at regular intervals to rinse the mops again.

The advantage is obvious. There is no risk of the robot vacuum cleaner carrying dirt from one corner to another. Instead, the mops are always used freshly cleaned. Once cleaning is complete, the mops are rinsed thoroughly once again. The robot hoover’s dust container is then vacuumed up and ends up in the dust bag in the base station.

Last but not least, the mops are dried. Hot air is used here to prevent the formation of bacteria and unpleasant odors. Your task is therefore only to insert a new dust bag in the base every two months or so and always ensure that the fresh water tank is full and the dirty water tank is empty. The latter is no longer necessary if you also purchase the Water Hookup Kit. Here, the robot is automatically filled and emptied via the water connection.
