Eisbaer Pro ES 2U AIO: New water cooling system is “multi-talented

In the field of cooling solutions, Alphacool has always been considered a real expert. The Eisbaer series in particular has always been considered a product line that lives up to its name. This is said to be the case with the latest product as well. The manufacturer itself calls its Eisbaer Pro ES 2U AIO a “true multi-talent”. It is primarily intended for use by companies.

Eisbaer Pro ES 2U AIO is intended to provide powerful cooling

The focus of the Eisbaer Pro ES 2U AIO’s development was, among other things, the radiator. According to the manufacturer, it is a NexXxos full copper radiator, which should be able to be custom-fitted into server racks. Here it becomes clear that Alphacool obviously targets NAS systems of small companies or data centers. Powerful ES fans with a diameter of 80 mm join the side of the radiator. The entire Eisbaer Pro ES 2U AIO is just as tall. As a result, it fits perfectly into a 2U server rack, according to Alphacool. With a fin spacing of 10 FPI, they want to balance maximum cooling surface with the best possible airflow. The flaps on the cooling fins are supposed to ensure that there is controlled air turbulence during operation. This is to facilitate the intake of external air and promote the removal of warm air.

To provide the best possible cooling for the processor, the Eisbaer Pro ES 2U AIO relies on covering the entire CPU surface. In combination with the thin nickel-coated bottom of the cooler, this should ensure that heat is quickly dissipated into the water. The pump is also compact, but this should in no way result in a loss of performance. Quite the contrary. Alphacool says that the performance should be sufficient to integrate other components like radiators or a water cooling system for the graphics card into the water circuit. Furthermore, the manufacturer advertises the easy maintenance of the Eisbaer Pro ES 2U AIO. If there are any problems, the affected areas can be replaced quickly and easily. The use of G1/4″ threads ensures this.
