The Honor Earbuds 2 Lite convince with a successful price-performance ratio. As the manufacturer has now revealed, the lightweight in-ear headphones with ANC function are also coming to Europe – the delivery in first countries has even already started.
The features of the Honor Earbuds 2 Lite
The model, which goes by the name Honor Earbuds 2 Lite in Europe, is known as Honor Earbuds 2 SE in China. The wireless in-ear headphones were already introduced there in June and are now finally finding their way to Europe.
The Earbuds are characterized by a good price-performance ratio. Active noise cancellation (ANC) and a remarkable battery life of ten hours of music playback with only one charge (with deactivated ANC) are available for around 70 Euros. The charging case also provides enough juice for two full charges – so a total of up to 32 hours of runtime is possible.
The completely wireless earphones offer a transparency mode and the ability to block out distracting ambient noise during phone calls. Drivers with a diameter of 10 millimeters are used, which should ensure good sound.
A gaming mode is also included, which is supposed to reduce latency – at least in combination with an Honor smartphone or tablet running Magic UI 4.0 or a newer version. The device is controlled via touch on the touch-sensitive surface on the outside. Here there is the possibility to switch between ANC and transparency mode and to control playback.
Price and Availability
The Honor Earbuds 2 Lite are currently already on sale in Finland, among other countries. The RRP is around 70 euros. The launch in the rest of Europe should be imminent, but there are no concrete details.
