Intel NUC 13 Pro: Mini PC with Core i7-1360P and up to 64 GB RAM

The popular mini PCs of the Intel NUC series are growing. After the NUC 12 Pro in August 2022, the pre-order of the new Intel NUC 13 Pro starts immediately. The mini-PC is available in two sizes and two variants each, and they all come with strong features.

Intel NUC 13 Pro: Arena Canyon unveiled

With the Intel NUC 13 Pro, you can expect a strongly equipped mini-PC that has it all. The compact computer is optionally offered with an Intel Core i5-1340P or Core i7-1360P, which can handle up to 64 watts. If desired, the TDP can also be throttled down to 20 watts, which of course saves a lot of energy.

Intel combines the strong CPUs with up to 64 gigabytes of DDR4 working memory, while a maximum of an 8 TB M.2-2280 SSD can be installed. CPUs with Intel vPro can also be installed as an option.

Of course, there is no room for a dedicated graphics unit in the compact box. If you want to use the mini-PC for gaming, you will have to wait for a successor of the Intel NUC 12 Serpent Canyon.

The equipment is also excellent in other respects. Among other things, two USB Type-C mi Thunderbolt 4 ports, four USB-A ports (three USB-A 3.2 Gen 2, one USB 2.0), two HDMI 2.1 ports, a 3.5 mm jack and 2.5 Gbit/s Ethernet are offered. The Intel NUC 13 Pro communicates wirelessly via Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 – all the latest standards.

The NUC 13 Pro is available in both slim and tall versions. The slim model is 117 mm x 112 mm x 37 mm small, while the taller variant measures 117 mm x 112 mm x 54 mm. You can use the additional space to install a 2.4-inch HDD or an additional SSD, for example.
