InWin Airforce and InWin Explorer: New cases introduced

With the new InWin Airforce and InWin Explorer PC cases, the manufacturer offers two cases in ATX and mini-ITX form factors that aim to impress with a modular design and bright colors.

InWin Airforce: Modular Mid-Tower Case

The InWin Airforce mid-tower relies on a modular case made of tempered ABS plastic along with Tempered Glass side panels. With its open design including 19 modular components, the case is aimed at those who like to tinker with a custom build.

This allows for a unique design, as classic black components can be combined with white and colorful parts in red, blue and yellow. Due to the large build, the InWin Airforce naturally offers more than enough space for the largest components.

It easily accommodates up to 12×13-inch E-ATX motherboards, high-end graphics cards with a maximum length of 390 mm, CPU coolers with a maximum height of 170 mm and ATX power supplies with a size of 180 mm.

Clever and practical features, such as a drive bay that can be modified without tools, easily removable side panels and removable dust filters skillfully round out the InWin Airforce case.

Four Luna AL120 ARGB fans are already included. The front panel offers one USB 3.1 Gen2 Type-C port, two USB 3.1 Gen1 Type-A ports, and 3.5mm jack connectors for headphones and microphone.

InWin Explorer: Just as modular, but much more compact

For those who want to enjoy the benefits of modular design in a compact mini-ITX chassis, the InWin Explorer is the equivalent. It has inherited the customizable design from its big brother and comes with a total of ten color-accented components.

You can also choose between a ventilated ABS plastic version and a cover made of SECC for the front panel. Both are included in the scope of delivery and can be exchanged if desired. Of course, InWin also relies on side panels and dust filters that can be removed without tools in the small case.

Despite the small dimensions, the InWin Explorer case offers space for 330 mm long graphics cards with three slots, 160 mm large ATX power supplies, radiators with a maximum size of 240 mm (or two 120 mm fans) and two large hard drives.

Also included are three high-quality Luna AL120 fans, which are equally suitable for water cooling and optimized airflow. The ARGB lighting of the fans can be controlled directly on the mainboard.

The front panel of the InWin Explorer also has a lot to offer. Here, one USB 3.1 Gen2 Type-C port, two USB 3.1 Gen1 Type-A ports and 3.5mm jack connectors for headphones and microphone are available.

Prices and Availability

Both the InWin Airforce and InWin Explorer PC cases are available for order now from the manufacturer’s eStore. Prices are 199.00 euros for the Airforce model, or 119.00 euros for the Explorer – plus shipping.
