MSI: New devices for creative professionals presented

Since Corona at the latest, the topic of home office has arrived in our working world. What was a novelty for many professionals was already well known to certain occupational strata. Content creators in particular work primarily within their own four walls. MSI now presented special content creation products that were tailor-made for creative professionals, business users and multitaskers. An important aspect here is clearly the adaptation to a homely environment.

Desktop PC: Creator P50 Series

With the Creator P50, MSI has launched a desktop PC that should be able to bring along decent performance despite its slim design. Thanks to the horsepower under the hood of the PC, there should be enough power for business people and creative professionals. MSI relies on a cool polygonal cut pattern for the looks.

With this, the Taiwanese company wants to make it clear that the PC case with 4.72 liters of case volume not only stands for creativity, but also for imagination. It is precisely this stylish design that should ensure that the desktop PC also finds the best place in domestic areas and fits into the homely environment.

Highlights

  • Intel Core i7 CPU of the 11th generation
  • 2.5-gigabit LAN / Wi-Fi 6 with 2.4-gigabit
  • Geometric design blends stylishly into any work environment
  • 4.72 liter chassis
  • The intelligent MSI Center
  • Thunderbolt 4 USB-C port

As part of its unveiling, MSI also hinted at its MSI Center, which is said to come exclusively with the Creator P50 series. This is an AI-controlled assistance system from the Taiwanese company. Especially during high workloads, the MSI Center is supposed to help manage tasks as quickly and efficiently as possible. For example, the MSI Center becomes active when it comes to allocating resources. The bottom line is that the system’s computing processes should be accelerated. Even with uncomplicated tasks like searching for certain documents, MSI promises support from the in-house center.

Flagship monitor: Summit MS321

MSI has introduced the new Summit MS321 so that you also get the matching monitor for the desktop PC. And it seems to have a lot going for it. The flagship model not only comes with a lot of ergonomic features, but is also supposed to ensure eye-friendly work. It also comes with MSI’s Productivity Intelligence app (P.I.).

Highlights

  • 136% sRGB and 95% DCI-P3
  • Card reader
  • Intelligent sensors detect ambient light and automatically adjust screen brightness accordingly
  • MSI Productivity Intelligence (P.I.) app
  • Exclusive MSI P.I. with True Color, KVM, and smart screen brightness and color temperature
  • 4K resolution (3840×2160)
  • Integrated noise cancellation ensures high-quality video conferencing
  • Magnetic monitor cover
  • Noise reduction

Above all, the issue of eye protection is becoming increasingly important in the field of monitors. After all, millions of German professionals now look at their screens day after day. To ensure that our visual organ does not suffer any damage from this, MSI has designed its Summit MS321 in such a way that it should be possible to use it for 10 hours a day without hesitation. This is made possible by a blue light filter and anti-flicker technology. MSI has had both features certified by TÜV. In order to prevent not only eye pain, but also back and neck pain, the Summit MS321 also offers a lot of adjustment options, which are supposed to provide a lot of ergonomics.

With the help of MSI’s own Productivity Intelligence app, a lot of settings are also possible. Pretty much every detail, such as contrast, color mode or brightness, can be adjusted. You do not necessarily have to use an on-screen display, but can simply use the mouse and keyboard. This ensures a lot of ease of use. The settings can be conveniently controlled from any device that you connect to the monitor. The big advantage: The Summit MS321 remembers all settings you make. This means that you don’t have to reset them every time.
