Dreame has some exciting new products up its sleeve for the spring launch. With the X-series consisting of the Dreame X30, Dreame X40 Master and Dreame X40 Ultra Complete, the expert for smart household helpers is launching new robot hoovers that not only score points for performance. They are also real design highlights that are truly impressive.
Dreame presents the new X-series
The brand new X-series includes a total of three robot hoovers – Dreame X30, X40 Master and Dreame X40 Ultra Complete. All three models share the MopExtend technology, which we already know from the Dreame L20 Ultra(test). A mop can be extended to ensure great cleaning along skirting boards.
The two top models X40 Master and X40 Ultra Complete also feature SideReach technology. Here, the side brush can also be extended by means of a motor to achieve optimum cleaning in corners. This is not the only special feature of the X40 models. The main brush, side brush and mop can also be raised. This is intended to take carpet cleaning in particular to a new level.
Dreame X40 Ultra Complete with powerful features
Today’s flagship robotic vacuum cleaners can no longer do without a base station. This is also the case with the X series. Here, the robot hoover’s mops are rinsed with hot water, which removes stains and combats bacteria. Up to 70°C is possible with the Dreame X40 Ultra Complete. The cleaning station also offers a self-cleaning function, which minimizes maintenance work for the user.
Once the mops have been cleaned, they are dried with hot air. This prevents the formation of mold and prevents odors. If you don’t feel like filling the fresh water tank and emptying the dirty water tank, you can use the appropriate water connection kit. This allows you to attach the base to the water connection.
The X40 Master is really cool. It completely dispenses with water tanks and only relies on a water connection. This makes it much smaller and even fits on the shelf. The suction function also ensures convenience. This means you only have to dispose of the 3.2-liter dust bag in the base every 75 days and replace it with a new one. The base also dispenses cleaning agents fully automatically. This should make cleaning even more effective.
Dreame X series with plenty of power
The performance values of the Dreame X40 Ultra Complete and X40 Master are impressive. These offer a whopping 12,000 Pascal and are therefore significantly more powerful than the previous flagship. The same applies to the X30 Ultra, which also outperforms the L20 Ultra with 8,300 Pascal. The strong suction power should pay off, especially when cleaning carpets. This also applies to the Mop Removal technology. Here, the robot vacuum first places its mops in the base station and then vacuums a carpet. This prevents accidental moistening of long-pile carpets.
Smart navigation
The other features also sound promising. With the help of CleanGenius 2.0, dirt sensors should be able to locate heavily soiled areas fully automatically. Thanks to built-in sensors, the mops can now also make an unscheduled stopover at the base if necessary. AI obstacle detection in combination with the Smart Pathfinder navigation system should ensure improved obstacle detection.
Prices and availability
The Dreame X40 Ultra Complete is available immediately at an RRP of 1,499.00*. The other two models, X30 Ultra and X40 Master, are due to follow in the second quarter.
