Samsung introduces new Galaxy tablets – Galaxy Tab S7 FE and Galaxy Tab A7 Lite

Samsung has introduced its new tablets, with the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite as an everyday companion and the Galaxy Tab S7 FE for work and entertainment.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE for creative people

The new Tab S7 FE joins the others in its lineup. The 12.4-inch display offers plenty of room for creativity, and the S Pen is a perfect match for making full use of the display. The Samsung Notes app also converts handwritten notes into text in block letters. The made notes can also be found quickly via the intelligent search and automatically generated tags. With the free subscription to Canva (30 days), creativity can be given free rein, for example to create posts or presentations entirely according to your own wishes. Another app already installed is App Noteshelf, which can be used to make notes even more creative.

The Tab S7 FE is perfectly equipped for effective multitasking. Users can use multiple apps and tabs at the same time, and up to three compatible apps can be operated simultaneously via Multi Window. And all that on one screen, which means surfing, streaming and taking notes, for example. App pairs allow saving favorites from combinations and then simply opening them again with Multi Window if desired. With Samsung DeX or the Book Cover Keyboard Slim, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 SE can be directly transformed into a small laptop. Of course, the tablet can also be used as a second screen with the Second Screen feature.

To ensure that there is no end to creativity, an Octa Core works inside the S7 SE, which is supported by 4 GB of RAM. On the storage side, 64 GB are already integrated, which can be expanded by up to 1 TB via microSD. The resolution is 2,560 x 1,600 (WQXGA) pixels. Bluetooth 5.0 and WLAN (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4 GHz + 5 GHz)) are used. In addition, there are numerous sensors, such as an acceleration sensor, position sensor, compass, Hall sensor and a brightness sensor.

Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S7 FE comes in an elegant metal casing in stylish colors, Mystic Black and Mystic Silver are available. Overall, it is very thin and also light and has a powerful battery that provides a lot of power for streaming and working. At the same time, the S7 comes with dimensions of 185.0 x 284.8 x 6.3 mm (H x W x D) and a weight of 608 g.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite the everyday hero

Slim, robust and with a noble metal housing comes the new new Galaxy Tab A7 Lite. Designed for everyday use, the A7 Lite has an 8.7-inch display. The display is almost bezel-less and also offers an impressive movie experience with its dual speakers with Dolby Atmos.

With a 32 GB internal storage, which can be expanded by up to 1 TB via a microSD like in the S7 SE, music, numerous pictures and much more can find their place on the tablet. The A7 Lite also has an Octa Core inside so that content is rendered smoothly and cleanly. The tablet has a powerful battery so that everything runs smoothly on the road. Samsung optionally offers LTE connectivity for this. The Galaxy A7 Lite comes in a robust metal casing and has very slim edges. It is available in the colors Dark Grey and Silver.

Availability and prices

Samsung’s two new tablets will be available from June 18, 2021, and they can already be pre-ordered now. The Galaxy Tab S7 FE will then be available with 64 GB, 4 GB RAM and 5G at a price of 649 euros and the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite with Wi-Fi, 32 GB and 3 GB RAM at 169 euros. With LTE, the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite is 199 Euros.
