XGIMI MoGo 2 Pro: Compact projector at CES 2023

In 2022, beamers partly do not have much in common with the heavy devices that are often equipped with heavy fans. With the XGIMI MoGo 2 Pro, a portable projector will be on the market next year, which should not only be easy to carry in a backpack. On top of that, it comes with exciting features.

XGIMI MoGo 2 Pro with “Intelligent Screen Adaption Technology 2.0”

The turn of the year is approaching and with it, one of the most significant technology trade shows of the year is also just around the corner. At the January 5-8, 2023 Consumers Electronics Show (CES) many electronics highlights are waiting for us again. Once again, manufacturer XGIMI will be among the exhibitors. The company made headlines as recently as August when it introduced the XGIMI Magic Lamp. This device combines a ceiling light with projector technology. Then in January, we’ll get a look at a new portable projector in the form of the XGIMI MoGo 2 Pro. Weighing just under 1 kg, the beamer is said to come with not only Full HD resolution and High Dynamic Range (HDR10).

On top of that, they want to score points here with a high level of ease of use. The maximum size of the projection also sounds promising. Here, up to 200 inches are supposed to be possible. A maximum brightness of just under 350 ISO lumens should be able to conjure up a clearly visible image on the screen even in bright environments. However, the real highlight is supposed to be “Intelligent Screen Adaptation Technology 2.0”. This function is not only supposed to protect the eyes. On top of that, it offers seamless autofocus and automatic keystone correction, according to the manufacturer. The big advantage here is said to be that most of the adjustments go unnoticed.

Price and availability still unknown

This all sounds very promising. Unfortunately, the manufacturer is still holding back with more detailed information about the XGIMI MoGo 2 Pro. This includes price and an exact release date. However, it is certain that the projector will be launched in 2023.
