Cooler Master Introduces MK730, SK630 and SK650 Mechanical Keyboards

Taiwanese company Cooler Master has introduced three new mechanical keyboards that will be available from the end of February.

The Cooler Master MK730 is the more compact version of the MK750 without numeric keypad. Without the wrist-rest, the keyboard measures only 360 x 192 x 41.5 mm. The palm rest included in the scope of delivery can be fixed to the keyboard with a magnetic holder. In addition to the aluminium surface of the MK730, the RGB lighting, which illuminates the sides and front edge as well as the buttons, is particularly striking. The keyboard is available with Cherry MX Red, MX Brown and MX Blue switches. The non-binding sales price of the keyboard available from the end of February is 129.99 euros.

The Cooler Master SK630 and SK650 offer a low-profile solution for mechanical keyboards thanks to the built-in Cherry MX Low Profile Switches. Only the Cherry MX Low Profile RGB Red are available here, as Corsair has exclusively secured the rights to the Cherry MX Low Profile RGB Speed Switches. However, larger differences between the switches should hardly be noticeable in practice, as only the trigger travel of the Speed variant was reduced by 2 mm.

The two flat keyboards differ only in format. The K650 offers a numeric keypad, the SK630 does not have one for space reasons. The keyboards are connected via a removable USB type C cable. Cooler Master’s flat keyboards also have a brushed aluminum cover and RGB illumination of the keys and edges. The Tenkeyless version SK630 will be released at the end of February for 139.99 Euro, the SK650 for 159.99 Euro.
