With the ENERMAX LIQTECH TR4 II, the AiO watercooling originally developed in collaboration with AMD for the Ryzen Threadripper processors now comes to the Intel camp and is ready for the latest Intel LGA 4677 Xeon platform.

The ENERMAX LIQTECH TR4 II now supports Intel Socket LGA4677 in addition to AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO processors with Socket sWRX8 /sTR4/TR4 and Socket SP3 for AMD EPYC. The world’s multiple award-winning LIQTECH TR4 II is one of the World’s First AIO CPU Cooler with 100% integrated Heat Spreader (IHS).

Now it also delivers excellent cooling performance in conjunction with Intel Xeon Sapphire Rapids processors and even with 500W+TDP for professional workstations.

The release is scheduled for as early as March 2023, and in the process the AiO water cooling comes with a special LGA 4677 mounting kit that allows it to be mounted.

Those who have already purchased the water cooling system and need the mounting kit for the Intel socket should be able to simply contact the manufacturer’s support. By sending an email to support@enermax.de, you can secure the kit for free. All you have to do is send in a copy of the invoice for the cooler and the Intel Xeon CPU, no older than retroactive 01.02.2023.
