Gendome Home 3000 launches on Indiegogo
With the Gendome Home 3000 power station, the manufacturer wants to take on Bluetti and their EB3A or the EcoFlow River 2 series. It offers a capacity of 3,072 Wh and an output of 3,000 watts – even up to 6,000 watts is possible for a short time at peak.
Lithium iron phosphate cells (LiFePO4) are used, whose capacity is supposed to be maintained over 6,500 charging cycles. After that, the batteries still reach around 60 percent of their original capacity.
Offered are a total of 17 outlets to power various electrical appliances at the same time. Among them, a full five AC power ports, two times USB-C with PD 3.1 and 140 watts of power, and much more. Even two wireless charging pads with 15 watts of power each are available.
Fast charging with many options
The Gendome Home 3000 is also quickly fully charged again thanks to Fast Charge. Via the mains, the power station is said to be fully charged from 0 to 80 percent in just 50 minutes, while a full charge takes around 1.5 hours.
Charging via solar energy is also possible and that with solar panels with 1,500 watts of power. This is also quite fast with 2.5 hours. Even a wind turbine can be used for charging with up to 200 watts.
The device is controlled via app and voice control. Support for Google Home and Amazon Alexa will be added as an OTA update in 2023. In addition, two systems and eight security functions ensure that the Home 3000 performs reliably.
For its power, the power station also turns out comparatively compact and relies on casters at the bottom to be quickly repositioned within the apartment, house or other environment.
