At IFA 2019, AVM announces the new generation of its FRITZ!Repeaters, which are already available directly from retailers.
The first one is the FRITZ!Repeater 600. Thanks to its square format, it is particularly space-saving, but still has four antennas that operate in the 2.4 GHz range at up to 600 Mbps. Equally space-saving is the FRITZ!Repeater 1200, which also features the 5 GHz band. This makes transmission rates of up to 1,266 MBit/s possible. The Gigabit LAN port provides additional connectivity.
For more power and range you should use the FRITZ!Repeater 2400 or equal 3000. The 2400 has four antennas per frequency band and thus guarantees up to 2,333 Mbps. The Repeater 3000 is equipped with an additional 5 GHz radio unit (triband). This is exclusively responsible for the connection to the FRITZ! box.
All repeaters support WPS and can therefore be easily integrated into your network. Of course, routers of other manufacturers can also be used. The new generation receives 5 years manufacturer warranty and regular updates.
