With the Jackery Navi 2000, the expert for modern energy solutions is planning to conquer the highly competitive market for balcony power stations. The great advantage of the system is that the storage unit can be used as a power station not only at home, but also on the move.
Jackery Navi 2000 as a real all-rounder
In view of the rising sales figures for balcony power stations, the industry is growing and thriving. But of course every manufacturer wants a slice of the pie. Jackery is no exception. With its Navi 2000, the company has now presented an all-in-one solution that not only serves as a balcony power station. It should also be easy to use as a power station for camping trips or other outdoor activities.
However, Jackery obviously wants to score points not only with flexibility, but also with simple setup. As an all-in-one solution, the system not only has an integrated 800-watt inverter, a PV controller and an energy management system ex works. It is also delivered ready to plug in.
All the user has to do is connect suitable panels and feed the energy into the domestic power circuit using a classic AC Schuko plug. The storage unit itself has a battery capacity of 2,000 Wh and is based on a modular concept. This means that you can achieve a total capacity of 8,000 Wh with the help of up to three additional batteries. Jackery specifies a possible total output of up to 1,600 watts for the panels.
Matching trolley for easy transportation
The fact that the Navi 2000 is also intended for use as a mobile power station can be seen from several features. Firstly, Jackery offers a customized trolley. This allows you to roll the storage unit from A to B like a suitcase. As it won’t be the lightest given its capacity of 2,000 Wh, this should provide a great deal of convenience.
Furthermore, the storage system should not only be able to feed energy into your power grid. You should also be able to charge it via the household socket. This is particularly interesting if the Jackery Navi 2000 is to be used as an energy supplier on vacation. Jackery specifies a maximum output power of 1,200 watts for the AC ports.
The good weather protection also speaks in favor of using it outside your own four walls. The power station should be able to operate without any problems at temperatures between -20 and 55 °C and offer protection in accordance with the IP65 standard. This is not only due to the modern cooling and heating technology. Jackery also relies on robust and reliable LiFePO4 battery cells.
Price and availability
The Jackery Navi 2000 is now available in stores. The manufacturer charges an RRP of 1,799.00 euros for the AiO solar storage system. However, for this you get a system without solar panels. If you want to buy the matching solar panels at the same time, you can get a set with a total of four 200 watt panels for a price of 2,430 euros. Those who are quick can save on the set. Up to and including June 23, 2024, it will be significantly cheaper at 2,299.00 euros.
