The biggest improvement in the new generation lies in the sensors. These are not only smaller, but also flatter inside the ring, making it much more comfortable to wear.
The new smart sensing platform works in combination with a revised algorithm that increases the accuracy of the measured values. Measurements of oxygen saturation in the blood and heart rate, both during the day and during sleep, are particularly emphasized. Improvements over previous models
Compared to previous versions, the Oura Ring 4 is not only smaller, but also offers a longer battery life. While the previous models achieved a maximum runtime of seven days, the new ring lasts up to eight days. Another advantage is the shorter charging time: the ring is fully charged within 80 minutes.

The Oura Ring 4 can already be pre-ordered and will be delivered from October 15, 2024. The price range starts at 399.00 euros for the basic version (silver or black) and goes up to 549.00 euros for the gold or rose gold versions. A membership is also required, which costs 5.99 euros per month or 69.99 euros per year after a free month.
