PHANTEKS NV7 and D30: New case and matching fans introduced

With the PHANTEKS NV7, the manufacturer has introduced a new, innovative and chic case. Fittingly, there are also new fans with the PHANTEKS D30, which together create a particularly harmonious look.

The PHANTEKS NV7 in detail

In the PHANTEKS NV7, the components find tidy space.  A panel on the side and front of the case allows a view inside, while the motherboard can be placed and presented centrally.

Framing the heart of the computer is an LED strip that shines in RGB lighting. The hinged mesh panel at the back of the case is one of the NV7’s many innovations and is meant to conceal the otherwise often unappealing rear.

Cables can be routed in a slot and individually through a mesh on the underside of the back panel. Additional cables can easily be routed to the outside via a hidden grommet on the case’s underside.

The bottom is beveled and offers a clearance of 65 mm to create a larger intake area. In combination with the high-quality dust filter, plenty of fresh air can be brought to the GPU, which is allowed to grow up to 450 millimeters long here. The included bracket supports extra-long graphics cards when installed horizontally. With an optional bracket, the GPU can also be installed vertically if desired.

The PSU may be up to 255 mm long and is placed at the top rear of the case. Two hard drives or six SSDs can be installed concealed behind the motherboard tray.

Matching: The PHANTEKS D30

With the PHANTEKS D30, there is even the matching case fan, which also – but not only – cuts a very good figure in the NV7. It comes in black or white color and also comes up with exciting innovations.

The well thought-out clip system for daisy-chaining allows almost invisible cable management, while the screws can also be hidden with covers. 30mm depth allows for considerable cooling performance or very quiet operation, depending on priority, and that despite lower speed at the same airflow.

The fans are even available in a reversed version, where the flow direction of the airflow is reversed. At the bottom of the case, the D30s can thus be used as intakes without the spokes being visible at the back.

Prices and Availability

The sleek PHANTEKS NV7 case is available now from Caseking‘s online store. The Case NV7 has an MSRP of 219.90 euros and comes in either black or white.

The PHANTEKS D30 is also available in black and white, as well as in a normal and a reverse model. 29.90 euros are called for all four variants. The triple packs including the controller will be available for 84.90 euros. The D30 fans are expected to be available from mid-April 2023.
