Razer presents gaming mouse DeathAdder V2 Mini

The DeathAdder, the most successful mouse series from Razer, is now enriched by a series member: With the DeathAdder V2 Mini there is now a small and especially light version available.

The DeathAdder V2 Mini has the typical DeathAdder design – it can be operated with the right hand and has ergonomic features. However, it is much smaller and lighter than the other DeathAdder models. It weighs only 62 grams and measures only 114.2 millimeters in length. This makes it especially suitable for people with small hands. For comparison: The DeathAdder V2 weighs 82 grams and is 127 millimeters long.

Ergonomic mouse with innovative switches and RGB lighting

The new mini version is designed for both palm and claw handles. Its versatile shape, already known from the other DeathAdder models, is therefore suitable for different playing styles – thanks to its ergonomic features, it is also suitable for hours of sessions.

Features also include optical switches with a lifetime of approximately 70 million clicks, an 8,500 DPI optical sensor and six programmable buttons. It also features a profile memory, which allows quick recall of individual settings even when used out of the office. The PTFE mouse feet used ensure smooth gliding over a wide variety of surfaces.

The sensor offers sensitivity settings that can be adjusted via special DPI keys and registers accelerations from 35 G and 300 inches per second. The mouse can thus be used for a wide variety of games and scenarios. However, the mechanical switches used are the mouse’s highlight: According to the manufacturer, they are supposed to react three times faster than conventional mechanical switches, which is attributed to the light beam actuation. Thanks to the Chroma RGB illumination, which can be individually adjusted, the DeathAdder V2 Mini can also be optically adapted to one’s own preferences and other used devices. So it can be easily integrated into different setups, not only technically but also aesthetically.

Another novelty: The DeathAdder V2 Mini is the first Razer mouse that comes with the new grip tapes. So users don’t have to worry about Grip-Tapes from third party suppliers – unlike before.

The new mini version is available now in the online shop of the manufacturer. It costs about 60 Euro and is therefore a little cheaper than the standard version.
