Reolink Introduces New Surveillance Cameras at IFA

The manufacturer Reolink, well-known for its surveillance cameras, will also be represented at this year’s IFA in Berlin. There he will present various new products that he intends to launch in Germany in the near future.

New Argus models

At the IFA Reolink presents two new Argus models. These are the surveillance cameras Argus 2 and Argus PT.

The Argus 2 is a wireless, rechargeable WLAN camera whose battery can be recharged using solar energy. The device is designed for indoor and outdoor use and is equipped with a PIR motion sensor and night vision functionality. The images are displayed in 1080p resolution and are therefore of high quality. Other features include two-way audio, 130-degree wide view, motion recording with local storage on a microSD card, live image viewing and smart alerts.

The camera Argus PT is also wireless and can be installed anywhere as long as a WLAN connection or a 4G signal is available. The camera is also equipped with a solar panel so that it can also be operated without a rechargeable battery. It is equipped with a night vision mode, can be swivelled by 355 degrees and tilted by 140 degrees and displays pictures in 1080p resolution.

Alarms are sent in real time to the user of the camera – including by e-mail and push notification on the smartphone. A loud siren alarm can also be activated as an option, enabling intruders to escape. Live View function and two-way audio are also included. A completely new feature is the compatibility with Google’s language assistant.

Reolink Go

The mobile Reolink Go is a surveillance camera that can be used without a power or WLAN connection and is therefore ideal for monitoring remote huts or similar things. It is weatherproof, portable and is operated via the mobile 4G network. It can be used with both a battery and a solar panel, offers night vision functionality, intelligent alarms, live views and two-way audio. A SIM card is required in addition to the camera.

E1 Pro

The E1 Pro is a super HD WLAN camera equipped with pan and tilt functions. It is suitable for night vision and weatherproof, so that it can also be used outdoors without any problems. It is operated via dual-band WLAN, which ensures that it can be used comparatively flexibly and has a stronger network connection.

B800

The B800 is a PoE IP camera that promises an extremely high resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels. It is also equipped with eighteen infrared sensors, which enable night vision of up to 30 meters at an angle of 97 degrees. It also provides motion alarms, recording and replay, schedule switching, live views and the ability to define motion zones. The camera is wired via a single Ethernet cable, which supplies it with power and is also used for data transmission. The camera is weatherproof, making it suitable for outdoor use.
