With the Samsung Galaxy M53 5G, the Korean manufacturer has unveiled its new mid-range smartphone that comes with strong technology. Among other things, a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Plus display, a quad camera setup and a 5,000 mAh strong battery are offered.
The Samsung Galaxy M53 5G in detail
The latest member of Samsung’s M-class goes by the name Samsung Galaxy M53 5G and comes up with some highlights from a technical point of view. The manufacturer relies on a 120 Hz FHD+ Super AMOLED Plus display with narrow bezels and a size of 6.7 inches.
Thanks to 5G connectivity, the Galaxy M53 5G offers fast Internet access. The 5,000 mAh battery ensures that the smartphone does not run out of steam quickly when watching videos or playing games. According to Samsung, the mid-range device achieves a video playback time of up to 19 hours. Thanks to the 25 W fast charging function, the smartphone is ready for more action in no time.
108 megapixel main camera
On the back, the Samsung Galaxy M53 5G relies on a quad-camera setup, whose main camera resolves with 108 megapixels. It is complemented by an ultra-wide-angle camera as well as a depth and macro camera, which are supposed to enable creative and high-resolution shots according to the manufacturer.
The front-facing camera takes high-resolution selfies with 32 megapixels and has a wide-angle lens as well as a group selfie function. Internal storage is 128 GB, which can even be expanded up to 1 TB via a micro-SD card.
The working memory is 6 GB. Samsung does not mention any details about the installed processor and only reveals on the product page that it is an octa-core CPU with clock rates of 2.4 GHz and 2.0 GHz.
