Christmas SALE: Powerstations from Jackery on offer!

Powerstations have experienced a gigantic boom on the electronics market in recent years. Who is surprised? After all, these mobile energy storage units are the modern version of emergency power generators. Thanks to the charging option via solar panels, you can also produce green electricity yourself and then use it again at the campsite, in the van or at an outdoor barbecue. One of the most successful and best-known manufacturers of power stations is Jackery. At the end of the year, you can make big savings on some of the company’s models. As a last-minute gift just before Christmas, this is of course very convenient!

Jackery Explorer 500 100 Watt solar panel

Powerstations come in a wide variety of sizes. People who not only need power when they are out and about, but are also looking for a suitable emergency power supply for their home, reach for a large model with a huge storage capacity. However, the large storage space also has its downsides. After all, it’s not just the size of the energy storage unit that increases with more watt hours of capacity. On top of that, large power stations weigh considerably more than compact solutions. You should therefore decide early on whether you prefer a small, handy power station to a large-format storage unit with a lot of capacity. The Jackery Explorer 500(test) is undoubtedly a worthwhile mobile power station. It comes with a practical carrying handle that allows you to carry the power station from A to B with ease.

The dimensions of 30 x 19.3 x 24.2 cm paired with a weight of 6.4 kg ensure that you can transport it even over longer distances. The variety of connections is also impressive given the compact dimensions. You get 3x USB-A, 2x DC, 1x car port and 1x AC with a constant output of up to 500 watts. The socket is even temporarily capable of a maximum peak value of 1,000 watts. Sooner or later, however, the 518 Wh memory inside the power station will run out. Then you have to give it a new lease of life. One way to do this is via a household socket. Here, the Powerstation needs just under 7.5 hours to fully charge the battery.

However, sockets are not always available everywhere. That’s why you can also conveniently charge the Powerstation using solar energy. Jackery has put together a bundle consisting of the Explorer 500 and SolarSaga 100, a 100 watt solar panel, especially for this purpose. With its help, the Powerstation can be fully charged in just under 10 hours in good weather conditions. In poor conditions, you benefit from IP67 protection against dirt and water. In the Christmas sale, you can save a lot on the bundle and get a 50% discount. The package consisting of power station and solar panel will only cost you 469.00 euros instead of 945.99 euros.

Jackery Explorer 1000 Pro

The Pro series from Jackery definitely lives up to its name. The models in this product line are aimed at people who have high demands on a power station. With the Jackery Explorer 1000 Pro(test), we were able to see this for ourselves as part of our test series. While with many power stations you have to choose between a mini format with little memory and a large format with plenty of memory, the Explorer 1000 Pro is a real all-rounder. With a very good 1,002 Wh memory combined with dimensions of 34 x 26.2 x 25.5 cm and a weight of 11.5 kg, it strikes the perfect balance. A carrying handle makes it easy to transport to the desired location. This can be conveniently folded away, making it easier to store in the trunk. But the rest of the technical features are also impressive. For example, you get plenty of outputs here.

A constant power of up to 1,000 watts can be output via the two AC sockets. If the Powerstation is temporarily required to deliver a little more, this is also no problem. After all, a peak output of 2,000 watts is also possible for a short time. You also get USB-A, USB-C and DC in multiple versions. When charging, you again have the choice between solar power or power from the socket. If you charge via a socket, you can fully charge the power station within 1.8 hours. As the mobile energy storage unit has a solar input power of up to 800 watts, it can also be charged with pure solar energy in the same time. Ingenious! You can also save money here during the Christmas sale. Instead of the RRP of 1,299.00 euros, the price here is only 839.00 euros. That’s a saving of 35%.

Jackery Explorer 1500 Pro

Higher, further, faster – this is probably the best way to describe the Explorer 1500 Pro in direct comparison with the smaller 1000 Pro. This becomes clear when you look at the technical data. The robust power station comes with the commendable virtues of the 1000 Pro and does everything a little better at a weight of just under 17 kg. This starts with the storage capacity. You get an impressive 1512 Wh here. According to Jackery, this is enough to operate a mobile air conditioner with over 1,100 watts for 1.5 hours.

Once the gigantic battery is empty, you can easily recharge it via AC in just under 2 hours. Solar charging is of course also possible here. An input power of up to 1,200 watts via solar makes a charging time of just 2 hours possible with solar energy alone. The whole thing is rounded off with a range of connections and convenient functions such as the retractable carrying handle. Just in time for Christmas, Jackery is also reducing the price of the Explorer 1500 Pro. The RRP of the popular energy storage device is normally 1,599.00 euros. Now it is only 1,039.00 euros.

Save on Amazon too!

Jackery doesn’t just offer its power stations at a rock-bottom price on its own website. You can also secure two energy storage units from the expert for modern energy solutions with attractive savings on Amazon. Not only the Jackery Explorer 500 is on offer, but also its big brother, the Jackery Explorer 1000. While you can get the mini power station from the online mail order giant for 299.00 euros, the larger model costs 499.00 euros.
