be quiet! introduces new Silent Loop 2 CPU liquid cooling system

The German manufacturer be quiet! presents the Silent Loop 2, the second generation of its water cooling system that is supposed to effectively cool modern gaming hardware.

The core of the cooling system is a high-quality, insulated pump with three chambers. It has a 6-pole motor, three phases and is adjustable between 9 and 12 volts.

Here, a large part of the occurring vibrations and turbulences are already effectively prevented. Together with the fans from the Silent Wings 3 high-speed series, the usual annoying operating noise is reduced to a minimum. Which results in just under 40 decibels – so you don’t hear more than from street traffic behind a double-glazed window pane.

Microfins ensure optimum cooling

There are more than 120 ultra-fine microfins on the inside of the cooling surface. This means that the contact surface with the radiator is larger and the heat absorbed can thus be transferred even more effectively to the coolant circulating in the cooling circuit.

The Silent Loop 2 has an easily accessible refill port for refilling the coolant. This special feature leads to a longer service life of the system. Usually, all-in-one water coolers are closed systems, a coolant is not refilled.

Perfect and quiet ventilation

The Silent Loop 2 is available with radiators in 120, 240, 280 and 360 millimeter sizes. Up to three Silent Wings 3 high-speed fans with a diameter of 120 or 140 millimeters ensure that the coolant in the radiator is quickly cooled down again.

The be quiet! Silent Loop 2 also has something for the eye: there is customizable ARGB lighting on the aluminum top of the pump unit.

The be quiet! Silent Loop 2 will be available in stores starting April 6, 2021. Recommended retail prices are 99 euros (120 mm), 129 euros (240 mm), 139 euros (280 mm) and 159 euros (360 mm).
