CES 2022: PHANTEKS presents new hardware

The PC experts from PHANTEKS presented a lot of new upcoming highlights at CES 2022. Besides new cases, new fans, power supplies and other accessories were also part of the show.

Evolv Shift XT case

Thanks to its compact dimensions, the Evolv Shift XT mini ITX case should probably fit even on small desks. Should you want to expand the cooling capacity due to more demanding hardware, you can conveniently adjust the size of the case. The chic anodized aluminum panels should not only serve as a visual highlight in your gaming setup.

On top of that, the manufacturer promises first-class build quality here. The promising equipment is rounded off with mesh panels and a tempered glass side panel. The latter should provide a cool look in combination with an Infinity mirror.

Revolt SFX power supplies

The upcoming 650 Gold, 750 Gold and Platinum Edition power supplies come in a super-compact SFX form factor. This allows them to be installed even in very small cases. In large cases, they in turn allow for neat cable management.

Phanteks equips its power supplies with a 92 mm fan, which is supposed to impress with optimized cooling performance at the quietest possible operating noise. This is made possible by an intelligent temperature control, which PHANTEKS relies on here.

Evolv X and Eclipse P600S now in matte white

PHANTEKS has already been able to celebrate some successes with its two cases Evolv X and Eclipse P600S. Now the two popular cases come in a noble matte white edition in the trade. To match, PHANTEKS is also launching its SK D-RGB fans in a white version. With this, an entire white build can be created. Technically, nothing has really changed in the cases.

Thus, the two premium mid-towers still come with dual-system feature, space for plenty of memory and water cooling support. The AMP series from PHANTEKS can undoubtedly be assigned to the premium power supply segment. In the White Edition, they no longer only offer a lot of power, which makes them the optimal and affordable choice for high-performance systems. On top of that, many will be happy to know that it now fits perfectly into a classy white build.

Lots of accessories

PHANTEKS also presented quite a few practical accessories that will make the hearts of PC hobbyists beat faster. A special eye-catcher is the Gen4 PCIe riser cable. This makes it possible to install the GPU vertically in your own PC setup. According to the manufacturer, there should be no performance loss at all.

Instead, in keeping with the name, there’s full Gen4 speed. PHANTEKS designed its new cables quite specifically for the P300A, P360A and P400A chassis. These have an open PCI port, which allows direct installation of the graphics card. PHANTEKS also presented its Flat Line PCIe Gen4 x16 riser cables. These enable lossless power transfer despite their flat design, which is conducive to cable management.
