If you’re looking for a (comparatively) small but impressive OLED monitor, you might find what you’re looking for in the Corsair XENEON 27QHD240 OLED. It relies on a third-generation OLED display from LG, which realizes a resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels on a screen diagonal of 27 inches and achieves a refresh rate of 240 hertz.

Thanks to the matte OLED display, the gray-to-grey response time is an extremely low 0.03 ms. The monitor is G-SYNC compatible and offers a contrast ratio of 1,500,000:1, achieving a typical brightness of 450 nits, while Auto HDR is possible with up to 1,000 nits.

In addition, the Corsair XENEON 27QHD240 OLED is very color-accurate and covers the DCI-P3 color space to 98.5 percent and the sRGB color space even to full 100 percent. HDR 10 is also part of the game.

The monitor can be swiveled by 60°, tilted by 22°, adjusted in height by 100 mm, rotated by 90° on the stand in both directions or attached to a monitor arm via the standard VESA mount.

Thanks to HDMI 2.1, the monitor is also suitable for the current consoles Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5. In addition, there is one DisplayPort 1.4 and one USB Type-C port with DP Alt mode. Peripherals can be connected to four USB 3.1 Type-A ports.

The Corsair XENEON 27QHD240 OLED also features a whole host of technologies that are supposed to prevent burn-in. There’s also a three-year dead pixel and burn-in warranty from the time of purchase.

Price and Availability

The Corsair XENEON 27QHD240 OLED gaming monitor is available now directly from the manufacturer. The recommended retail price for the German market is 1,149.99 euros.
