eufy Security Wall Lights: Chic LED lights with integrated security cameras available

The new eufy Security Wall Lights combine outdoor LED lamps with a security camera. After the subsidiary of Anker unveiled the innovative product at the beginning of the year at CES 2023, the lamp-camera combo is now starting to go on sale.

The eufy Security Wall Lights in detail

The all-in-one S100 wall light with camera function is the first of the eufy Security Wall Lights to make its way to retail stores. It comes with a brightness of 1,200 lumens and thus monitors an area of up to ten meters.

However, it also offers a dimming function in case that should be too bright for you. This allows the brightness to be adjusted continuously. The LED lamp can also be switched on and off via the eufy Security app. Manual activation is just as possible as time switching, motion detection or activation via voice assistant using Amazon Alexa or Google Voice Assistant.

An eufy security camera with 2K resolution and a field of view of 160 degrees is integrated. Thanks to the LEDs, the camera thus provides a high-contrast image in color even at night.  The integrated PIR sensor detects any movement within a radius of ten meters and communicates this in real time via notification.

Using the eufy Security App, two-way audio can be used to communicate with people and activate a 105-decibel siren to send uninvited guests fleeing. The eufy Security System is completely free after the one-time purchase price, with no monthly or even hidden costs. Up to 25 days of recordings can be saved on the local memory. Those who call the eufy Security HomeBase 3 their own also benefit from smart AI recognition.

The first model of the eufy Security Wall Lights, the S100, is available now directly from the manufacturer, as well as at Amazon. The recommended retail price is 169.90 euros. The solar-powered version with integrated battery is expected to follow in May 2023.
