The South Korean manufacturer Samsung has introduced a new flexible notebook, the Samsung Galaxy Book Flex 5G. The notebook supports the new fast wireless standard 5G.

The Samsung Galaxy Book Flex 5G offers a 13.3-inch FHD display with 1,920×1,080 pixel resolution and touchscreen function. The CPU is an Intel Core i5 / Core i7 of the eleventh generation in the notebook with up to 16 GB RAM memory. For the internal memory, an SSD with a capacity of up to 512 GB is available. In addition, the memory can be expanded via microSD card.
A webcam with 720 can be found on the upper display frame. In addition, Samsung has integrated a 13 megapixel camera in the keyboard, which can be used in tablet mode when the keyboard is flipped over and the camera is therefore located on the back. The integrated Samsung S-Pen is used for operating, drawing and for handwritten notes on the notebook tablet. The Samsung Galaxy Flex 5G weighs just 1.26 kilograms, making it one of the lightest notebooks on the market.
Battery and communication
The battery capacity amounts to 69.7 kilowatt hours and should result in up to ten hours of operation with one charge. In the communication range Wi-Fi 6.0, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 5.1, LTE and 5G are supported. Microsoft Windows 10 has been installed as the operating system.
The connection range includes Thunderbolt 4, USB-C, USB 3.0, HDMI, a memory card slot, SIM card slot and headphone jack.
Unfortunately, Samsung has not yet commented on the price and availability.
