Honor Magic V Flip reveals itself

Honor has announced a new foldable on the Chinese social network Weibo. The Honor Magic V Flip is a competitor to the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and is to be officially unveiled on June 13.

The device already features a particularly large secondary display, which takes up almost half of the device and offers a screen diagonal of 4 inches. The design houses a dual camera, while the LED flash is located on the other half.

The smartphone is available in black, pink or white and features a striking pattern on the back. The manufacturer installs the fingerprint sensor in the power button on the side. The main display on the inside has narrow edges and an almost invisible bezel.

Lots of memory, fast charging

The smartphone is offered with 12 GB of RAM and either 256 GB, 512 GB or 1 TB of system memory. However, Honor has not yet provided any details about the built-in chip.

The battery is said to have a capacity of 4,500 mAh and can be charged with up to 66 watts via USB-C. The remaining features are also still unknown, and are not expected to be announced until June 13.

The price is just as unknown at the moment. The Honor Magic V Flip can already be pre-ordered in the Honor web store for a deposit of 100 yuan. Whether and when the foldable will be launched globally is currently still open.
