LS SE: DeepCool introduces new range of AiO water cooling systems

DeepCool has introduced a new series of all-in-one water cooling systems. The LS-SE series initially consists of two new AiO liquid cooling units: the LS520 SE model and the LS720 SE model. These two AiO watercoolers differ from each other only in size and weight.

LS SE: Design and Material

In terms of their design, the two new products seamlessly tie in with the previous water coolers from DeepCool. The Chinese manufacturer also relies on a modern and colorful design for the LS-SE series. The mirrored top cover of the two new AiO water coolers is worth highlighting, with which DeepCool follows previous futuristic elements, such as those found on the LT270. The A-RGB illuminated pumps of the cooler are made of aluminum. DeepCool also continues the path taken with the previous series in the choice of materials. The fans included in the scope of delivery of the AiO cooling are also illuminated via A-RGB. The illumination of all elements can be adjusted via compatible controllers and mainboards. Thus, synchronization with other illuminated components of the PC is also possible.

Heat pump and fan

At the heart of the new AiO water cooling systems is a fourth-generation water pump. Compared to its predecessor, it features an improved microchannel layout designed to ensure optimal coolant flow. It is also equipped with a powerful 3-phase motor that reaches up to 3,100 rpm and a particularly thick copper cooling plate.

The equipment of both the LS520 SE and the LS720 SE also includes, as already indicated, two (LS520 SE) or three (LS720 SE) FE120 fans, which are also produced by DeepCool. The FE120 model is supposed to combine maximum heat dissipation with minimum noise. For this, DeepCool relies on an airflow-maximizing design as well as a dynamic PMW range of 500 to 2,250 rpm. This allows the fans to achieve an airflow of 85.85 CFM at a static pressure of 3.27 mmAq. The fact that low-noise adapter cables are also included in the scope of delivery is interesting. These can be installed if needed and lower the PMW range to 500 to 1,600 rpm. This reduces the air throughput, but also the fan noise. Without low-noise adapter cables, the volume is always below 32.9 decibels at full load, according to DeepCool.

DeepCool LS SE: Mounting brackets
Both models come with mounting brackets for Intel and AMD sockets

.

Moreover, both models come with mounting brackets compatible with both Intel (LGA1700/ 1200/1151/ 1150/ 1155) and AMD sockets (AM5/ AM4).

Prices and Availability

The first two products in the LS-SE series are available now. The recommended retail price for the LS520 SE (240 mm) AiO water cooling is 99.99 euros. For the LS720 SE (360 mm), 114.99 euros is required.
