RedMagic brings gaming mouse and keyboard to Germany

Besides an impressive 4K gaming monitor at a bargain price, manufacturer RedMagic has also introduced new gaming peripherals. Among them, a gaming keyboard including display and rotary controller, as well as a mouse in cyborg look.

Already in about a week, on April 06, 2023, the new RedMagic gaming mouse and keyboard should also be available in Germany. As for the keyboard, we can expect a high-quality mechanical keyboard equipped with TTC Speed Silver V2 switches.

The linear switches have a release force of 45 grams and should thus be ideal for gaming. The entire keyboard is hot-swappable, which means that keycaps and switches can be freely exchanged. However, the keycaps already rely on high-quality and durable PBT.

Other special features of the RedMagic Gaming Keyboard include a gasket structure that is supposed to reduce typing noise. Of course, there’s also RGB lighting customizable in 16.8 million colors, as well as a 1.47-inch display that can be used to adjust various system settings or display images. A knob is also included, which can be used to perform various actions.

The keyboard works wirelessly and has a 4,000 mAh battery that, with the backlight turned off, is supposed to last up to 200 hours. Including the desk disco, there is still up to 28 hours of battery life. In addition, the RedMagic Gaming Keyboard is supposed to be compatible with Windows and Mac at the same time.

RedMagic gaming mouse comes in transparent design

To match, there is also a rodent in the form of the RedMagic Gaming Mouse. It weighs 75 grams and is equipped with the modern PixArt PAW3395 sensor, which brings it to a resolution of up to 26,000 DPI at a sampling rate of 1,000 hertz. 650 IPS and a mouse acceleration of 50G are also on the cards for the rodent.

The primary switches rely on GM8.0 Black Mamba Micro Switches, which are rated at 80 million clicks. There are apparently also two additional buttons on the left side, which is why the mouse is primarily aimed at right-handers despite its symmetrical design.

A 450 mAh battery is offered, which can last up to 100 hours. The gaming mouse also relies on tri-mode connectivity and can be connected via 2.4 GHz wireless, Bluetooth or wired. Another striking feature is the transparent design including RGB lighting, which makes the rodent look like a kind of cyborg head from above.

Prices and Availability

The RedMagic gaming keyboard and gaming mouse will be available on April 06, 2023. The keyboard is priced at a suggested retail price of 199.00 euros, although the official homepage so far only shows a QWERTY layout. The RedMagic gaming mouse starts at 99.00 euros.
