Turtle Beach presents the ROCCAT Vulcan II gaming keyboard

Turtle Beach Corporation, known for its premium gaming accessory brands, has unveiled the latest addition to its keyboard family: the ROCCAT Vulcan II. This mechanical keyboard follows in the footsteps of the award-winning Vulcan 120 series and is the first model to feature TITAN II Mechanical Switches. These switches are pre-lubricated at the factory and offer up to 80 million keystroke life.

Design and Features

The Vulcan II retains the award-winning design of the series, including the slim, low-profile design and high-quality aluminum top plate. It features AIMO RGB lighting that users can customize with ROCCAT’s in-house Swarm software. Other core features include ROCCAT’s Easy-Shift[+] key, full NKRO (n-key rollover) and anti-ghosting technology.

Key Switch and Personalization

The Vulcan II is the first keyboard from ROCCAT to feature the newly designed TITAN II Mechanical Switches. These switches offer two options: The TITAN II Red/Linear Switches are ideal for competitive gaming as they trigger easily with minimal resistance, while the TITAN II Brown/Tactile Switches offer a threshold of resistance during keystrokes, which is ideal for users who prefer more haptic feedback. In addition, the Vulcan II keys are compatible with many third-party keycaps that use the cross-shaped mounting system, allowing users to further personalize the look of their keyboard.

Comfort and Durability

For added comfort and support during long gaming sessions, the Vulcan II comes with a removable padded palm rest. Its anodized aluminum top plate reinforces the keyboard’s structural integrity and protects it from wear and damage. The keyboard also features a full set of media keys and a volume control for muting, as well as 4MB of built-in memory to switch between profiles with custom lighting, key mapping and more.

The ROCCAT Vulcan II will launch on July 19, 2023 in Ash Black and Arctic White colors. It is available for pre-order now on ROCCAT’s official website and at select retailers for a price of €159.99.
