AOC Agon Pro AG246FK: New 24-inch monitor comes with 540 Hz

After AOC presented a 44.5-inch, 240 Hz OLED monitor under the Agon Pro gaming label in March, the new model is based on a significantly smaller screen diagonal. Although the AOC Agon Pro AG246FK only comes in at 24 inches, it offers a frame rate of a whopping 540 Hz.

The new AOC Agon Pro AG246FK, which the manufacturer has now officially announced, is primarily aimed at esports professionals. It has a screen diagonal of 24.1 inches with a resolution of Full HD (1,920 x 1,080 pixels) and a refresh rate of a whopping 540 Hz and a response time of 1 millisecond.

However, the monitor uses a TN panel, but should still score highly in terms of viewing angle stability and a contrast ratio of 1,000:1. It also has DisplayHDR 400 certification and can fully cover the sRGB color space.

In terms of connectivity, two HDMI ports, one DisplayPort and four USB 3.2 ports are available. Two 5-watt speakers are integrated, and there is also an ergonomic stand and a pivot function, as well as a 100×100 VESA hole. However, the Russian product website has not yet provided any further details.

Price and availability

The AOC Agon Pro AG246FK gaming monitor is expected to be released in July 2024. The manufacturer’s recommended retail price is EUR 699.
