Colorful iGame G-One Plus: New AiO PC with Esports ambitions

The Chinese manufacturer Colorful is mainly known for its graphics cards, but also produces motherboards, SSDs and even notebooks, as well as AiO PCs. With the Colorful iGame G-One Plus, the company has now introduced a new all-in-one PC that is aimed at gamers with an affinity for Esports. It offers significantly more performance than, for example, the Lenovo Yoga AIO 7.

Colorful iGame G-One Plus in detail

“The new eSports all-in-one Colorful iGame G-One Plus is coming soon,” reads the announcement on Chinese social network Weibo, where the manufacturer plans to unveil its new AiO PC to the public in a livestream on June 17, 2022.

It positions itself technically significantly above the previous top model of the manufacturer, which they equipped with an Intel Core i9 8950HK and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080. The website Videocardz summarizes the most important specifications of the new AiO model.

According to this, the comparatively large base of the Colorful iGame G-One Plus accommodates an Intel Core i7-12700H CPU, which is part of the Alder Lake H-series of mobile processors and operates with 45 watts. It combines six performance cores with eight efficiency cores with clock rates of up to 4.7 GHz and should thus be able to handle even the most demanding games.

The graphics card comes from Nvidia, which equips the AiO PC with a GeForce RTX 3060. Whether it is the more powerful desktop model or the mobile GPU is currently still unclear. However, the TGP of 140 watts is more than respectable.

AiO PC with fast 165 Hz display

Meanwhile, the Vietnamese division of the manufacturer has already put the product website of the new all-in-one computer online. There they talk about 16 GB of DDR4 RAM clocked at 3,200 MHz, as well as a 1 TB NVMe SSD.

The Colorful iGame G-One Plus comes with a 31.5-inch 165 Hz panel, which offers almost no screen edges. The display technology is IPS and the AiO PC is equipped with a QHD resolution.

Details about the maximum brightness are still missing. However, since Colorful already offered a DisplayHDR 400 certification in the past, at least this should also be considered as set. The manufacturer apparently does not offer the option of mounting the AiO computer on the wall again.

However, the pictures reveal a bit more about the available ports. They are offered:

  • 2x USB 3.2 Gen 1
  • 3x USB 2.0
  • 1x USB Type-C
  • 1x HDMI 2.0
  • 1x DisplayPort
  • 2x 3.5mm jack
  • 1x Ethernet LAN (RJ45)

In addition, the manufacturer promises Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2 and two built-in 3-watt stereo speakers. There is also talk of a “Qi Wireless Charging Adapter” with 15 watts of power, which is likely to be built into the stand of the G-One Plus.

Price and Availability

Whether the Colorful iGame G-One Plus will ever make it to Europe, however, is doubtful. Previous models from the manufacturer have only been offered on the Asian market. Concrete prices and availabilities are also still pending.
