D-Link EAGLE PRO AI: Manufacturer introduces new Wi-Fi 6 systems with AI

With the D-Link EAGLE PRO AI series, the well-known Taiwanese manufacturer has introduced a range of new Wi-Fi 6 routers which are supposed to provide the best possible reception thanks to exciting AI features. It includes the four models E15, M15, M32 and R32.

D-Link EAGLE PRO AI launches in Germany

Following the US launch of the D-Link EAGLE PRO AI series last year, the innovative and smart Wi-Fi 6 routers around the E15, M15, M32 and R32 models are now coming to Germany. The M15 AX1500 is a Wi-Fi 6 mesh router, while the E15 AX1500 acts as a range extender to increase the range of the WLAN signal. The R15 and M32 enter the picture as the largest AI routers in the line.

The D-Link EAGLE PRO AI series relies exclusively on fast, next-generation WLAN with Wi-Fi 6. This is complemented by integrated AI-based optimization: The Wi-Fi Optimiser continuously scans channels to ensure the most interference-free connection possible. This always guarantees optimal network performance, which is especially beneficial in a home with many active WLAN devices.

KI-supported mesh

For the new EAGLE PRO AI series, D-Link has developed a special AI beamforming algorithm for mesh systems. The Mesh Optimiser detects the position of the range extender, router and mesh node, then aligns a strong wireless signal accordingly. As a result, a stronger and more reliable mesh WLAN should be realized.

The AI Traffic Optimiser allocates bandwidth to different applications. Data that is sensitive to delays is prioritized. This allows streaming, gaming and video calls to function smoothly and without judder.

Free D-Link EAGLE PRO AI app with AI Assistant

The free D-Link EAGLE PRO AI app can be used, for example, to solve WLAN problems directly on the smartphone. In addition, the app presents instant notifications about important changes in the network and lets users respond to them with just one tap.

A personal AI Assistant also provides weekly reports on network traffic, special events and who is using the most bandwidth.

Family Friendly and Secure

Clear and transparent limits and rules can be set and problematic websites blocked via the EAGLE PRO AI Series family features. It can also be used to define individual schedules or set restrictions on bandwidth at certain times of the day. The integrated AI Assistant also provides information about unusual activities.

In addition, it is possible to check which devices are currently connected, while the entire network can be restarted via voice control or app. Guest logins for visitors can also be created quickly and easily. The D-Link EAGLE PRO AI series also relies on state-of-the-art encryption with WPA3. The products in the series meet the highest standards for cybersecurity and have been tested by independent experts.
