Based on two trim levels, Sport or Sport Plus, customers have a choice of two all-electric all-wheel-drive systems. Further packages and optional extras maximize comfort and safety, and at market launch 15 paint finishes for the exterior and five color themes for the interior give additional scope for individualization. So the GV60 can be tailored entirely to your preferences.

“The GV60 is an important milestone on our path to electrification,” explains Dominique Boesch, managing director of Genesis Motor Europe. “This vehicle combines world-class performance with intuitive technology to deliver an uncompromising all-electric driving experience to a new generation of e-car drivers. The GV60 is the first of three electric models to be launched this year, underscoring our ambition to become an all-electric brand by 2025.”

It starts with the Sport model from 56,370 euros. It features two electric motors (160 kW rear / 74 kW front) and all-wheel drive, and offers a range of up to 470 kilometers (according to WLTP).

The GV60 Sport Plus starts from 71,010 euros with all-wheel drive, 360 kW output and a range of 466 kilometers. At 350-kW fast-charging stations, the high-voltage battery can be charged from 10 to 80 percent within 18 minutes.

Sophisticated features

The electric car from Hyundai’s upscale brand comes with a comprehensive range of comfort and safety features as standard. These include advanced assistance systems such as a front collision warning system with pedestrian and cyclist detection and turn assist, a drowsiness warning system, lane departure warning and lane departure warning.

The Genesis GV60 is the first model from the manufacturer to be equipped with the connected car Integrated Cockpit (ccIC). The ccIC consists of two high-resolution 12.3-inch screens: The instrument cluster and navigation screen are combined into a panoramic display that shares all content with the color head-up display.

The infotainment system offers navigation, smartphone integration via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, voice control and digital radio, among other features. In addition, there are several optional equipment packages that further enhance features of the crossover SUV:

  • Technology package: includes assistance and safety systems such as a 360-degree overview camera and a head-up display – examples of the electric car’s outstanding technologies.
  • Seat Package Comfort: includes comfort features such as premium reclining comfort seats with multiple seat adjustments and ventilation, some of which are electric.
  • Seat package comfort for the second row of seats: ensures maximum comfort even in the rear.
  • Nappa leather seat package: includes, among other things, Nappa leather seats as well as suede trim for doors, sun hood and A, B and C pillars, as well as an aluminum interior decor (Digital Dots).
  • Bang & Olufsen audio system: guarantees unique sound enjoyment with surround sound and 17 speakers.
  • Outdoor Package: includes roof rails and a “Vehicle-to-Load” (V2L) function with an indoor and outdoor socket, which can be used to charge external devices.
