Within the framework of the IFA 2020 technology trade fair, the Asus company presented the Asus ZenBook Flip S, a new convertible that features an Intel Tiger Lake processor and 4K OLED display.

The Convertible Asus ZenBook Flip S is equipped with a 13.3 inch OLED display and 3,840×2,160 pixel resolution. The Pantone validation ensures color accuracy and, according to the manufacturer, has a high brightness, which is why the notebook tablet will be easy to read even in direct sunlight.
With the 360-degree hinge, the display can be turned completely and the notebook can be turned into a tablet. The Asus ZenBook Flip S is operated by hand, stylus, keyboard and mouse.
Asus Pen, CPU and Co.
The Asus Pen has 4,096 pressure levels and, according to the manufacturer, enables drawing at a high level. An Intel Tiger Lake with Xe graphics chip is integrated as CPU and users should be able to choose up to an Intel Core i7. A maximum of 16 GB can be selected as the main memory and the internal memory can be up to 1 TB.
Two Thunderbolt ports, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port and HDMI are built in as connections, but the convertible doesn’t have a headphone jack. In the communication area Bluetooth 5.0 and WLAN are supported. The 1.2 kilogram notebook has a 67 Wh battery, which can be charged with a quick charge function and should last for 15 hours.
The Asus ZenBook Flip S will be available in stores from the end of September at an entry-level price of 1,799 Euro.
