PEAQ: Evolution Notebooks PNB V140V-5T812D und PNB V140V-7T600DA

PEAQ, the private brand of the MediaMarkt and Saturn electronics stores, has introduced two new laptops, the PNB V140V-5T812D and PNB V140V-7T600D Evolution notebooks, which combine an appealing exterior and powerful components.

PEAQ PNB V140V-7T600D: Elegance meets high-performance

The PEAQ PNB V140V-7T600D is the premium model and current flagship of the Evolution series. It impresses with the strong performance of its powerful yet efficient Intel Core i7-1165G7 processor of the Intel Tiger Lake generation.

It is equipped with a fast 16 GB RAM working memory and a high-performance 1024 GB SSD storage. The Intel Iris Xe Graphics GPU also allows gamers to enjoy an immersive detailed gaming experience at up to 1080p and 60 FPS. Movies can even be played back in up to 8K or on two 4K displays. Fast export of 4K files is also no problem thanks to the built-in components.

Below that, the PEAQ PNB V140V-5T812D is positioned as the second configuration variant. In it, the manufacturer installs an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor, 8 GB RAM working memory and a storage capacity of 512 GB.

8.5 hours of battery life

Both PEAQ laptops come with a battery life of 8.5h and thus last for a complete office workday. In addition, the laptops have a fast charging function that charges the battery to 80 percent in just one hour.

If you have to do without a computer mouse for reasons of space, the large glass precision clickpad is also easy to use. Frequent writers will also be pleased with the precise pressure points of the high-quality keyboard.

Elegant design, strong technology

Both PEAQ ultrabooks are also extremely compact with a height of 15 mm. The robust magnesium alloy case not only ensures excellent thermal properties and a high-quality look, but also makes the PEAQ Evolution notebooks true flyweights at less than 1 kilogram.

Besides a Thunderbolt 4 port, they also offer a USB-C port, an HDMI port and two USB-A ports, among other things. A microSD memory card reader with up to 1 TB of additional storage ensures sufficient storage capacity. The integrated wireless modules offer the best conditions for wireless communication with the new and highly efficient WI-FI 6 standard and Bluetooth 5.2. They make the PNB V140V-7T600D and the PNB V140V-5T812D flexible workhorses that also cope excellently in hybrid and changing environments.

Both notebooks have a matt and high-contrast 14 inch IPS display with WUXGA resolution in 16:10 aspect ratio in common. The integrated 720p IR camera with Windows Hello face authentication enables a quick login via face recognition. The THX sound optimization also ensures a good sound.
