Sharkoon TG5 RGB Silent PCGH Edition – quiet and colorful

In cooperation with PCGH, Sharkoon has developed the new TG5 RGB Silent PCGH Edition ATX case. The goal of the development was a case with a very low noise level. Externally, the TG5 RGB is aligned with its predecessor.

Lower noise level in color

To reduce the volume of the case during operation, some changes have been made inside. For this purpose, damping mats have been installed in the side panel; these reduce the noise level when the case is completely closed. Also other fans with 800 revolutions per minute were installed. The fans do not lose any cooling capacity and also produce a nice and quiet running. The built-in ventilation system not only creates a constant airflow, it also provides color. The 120 mm fans installed in the front can illuminate almost the entire front with the RGBs. In addition, the 120 mm fan on the rear side illuminates the interior of the TG5 RGB Silent PCGH. Using the software of compatible mainboards with a pin assignment of 5V-D-Coded-G or 5V-D-G, the RGB lighting can be directly controlled and adjusted as desired. There are 20 different modes to choose from. The connectors are located at the top of the case, here you can find two USB 3.0, two USB 2.0 and the audio connectors.

Orderly space and great views into the case

The new TG5 RGB Silent PCGH Edition can accommodate graphics cards up to 400 mm in length. Power supplies can be up to 205 mm long or CPU coolers up to 167 mm high. Of course, the memory must not be missing inside the case. Up to three 3.5-inch hard disks or four 2.5-inch SSDs find their home here. Through the hardened front panel, the fans can then be observed at work. Through the side made of tempered glass, everything else inside can be admired. For a better grip, the side panel is first hooked in and screwed into the back. The screws are not visible. The TG5 RGB Silent PCGH weighs an impressive 8.9 kg and measures 45.2 x 21.5 x 46.5 cm (L x W x H).

Availability and price

The new Sharkoon TG5 RGB Silent PCGH Edition is now available in stores at a price of 89.90 Euro.
