Thermaltake Divider 550 TG Ultra: PC case comes with display front

At CES 2022, Thermaltake has unveiled the Divider 550 TG Ultra, an exciting case that is the first case from the manufacturer to feature a front display. The display can be used to show important system information, though it can also be used for customization with custom graphics or animations.

Thermaltake Divider 550 TG Ultra in detail

The new midi-tower Thermaltake Divider 550 TG Ultra features a 3.9-inch LC display in the front, which can be used to display system data or to customize the case. Similar display solutions are already known from motherboards or AiO liquid cooling systems.

Thermaltake installs it high up in the front of the PC case to ensure perfect visibility. It is controlled with the help of Thermaltake’s TT-RGB-PLUS 2.0 software. The display can also be synchronized with other Thermaltake products with a display, in which case the animations can travel across multiple displays.

The software can also be used to select colors and effects for RGB LEDs. For this purpose, the Thermaltake Divider 550 TG Ultra is equipped with three 120 mm diameter illuminated ARGB fans positioned behind a glass panel on the front of the case. Their LEDs can additionally be synchronized with ASUS Aura Sync, GIGABYTE RGB Fusion, MSI Mystic Light Sync or ASRock Polychrome.

Moreover, the case accommodates a maximum of one more fan in the rear, as well as two additional ones under the lid. There is also enough space at the top to accommodate the radiator of an AiO liquid cooling system.

In addition, horizontal mounting of the graphics card is no problem in the Thermaltake Divider 550 TG Ultra. The necessary material is included in the scope of delivery. A side panel and lid made of glass additionally provide a better view into the inner workings. The I/O panel has been placed in the lid. Two USB 3.0 ports, one USB Type-C and two 3.5 mm audio ports are offered here.

Price and availability

It is currently unknown when and at what price the Thermaltake Divider 550 TG Ultra will be available in stores. The almost identical Divider 500 TG ARGB without display is offered with an MSRP of 156.90 euros directly from the manufacturer. Thus, it can be assumed that the price for the Ultra model will be even higher.
