Prime Day Deals from ILIFE: Cleaning robots at rock-bottom prices

As part of the so-called Prime Day, Amazon Prime subscribers receive numerous special offers from the online retailer. A second such campaign has now been announced for the current year. Following the successful Prime Day in July, a two-day promotion is scheduled for the fall, which will take place on October 10 and 11. ILIFE, manufacturer of vacuuming and mopping robots, is also taking part and has now unveiled its Prime Day deals.

Wet-dry vacuum cleaner ILIFE W90

The ILIFE W90 is a wet-dry vacuum cleaner that is battery-powered and can therefore be used wirelessly. Visually, the device is reminiscent of a classic vacuum cleaner. The W90 can also replace a vacuum cleaner in terms of functions: It can be used to vacuum surfaces of all kinds. In addition, there is the second function of wet cleaning, which, however, is only useful for solid surfaces – such as tiles or parquet. The great advantage of this combination cleaning is the particularly thorough cleaning achieved with a single device and in a single cleaning pass.

In addition, the W90 by ILIFE is equipped with a water tank, which is equipped with separate double channels for clean as well as for dirty water. This special design of the water tank ensures that fresh water is consistently available for cleaning without the risk of contamination with dirt that has already been removed.

The roller brush, which is responsible for cleaning the floor, can clean itself. To do this, the vacuum must be moved to its charging station and a self-cleaning button pressed. Cleaning takes about a minute and leaves the brush ready for use again. For another reason, the vacuum should definitely be connected to its included charging station after use: The battery capacity is sufficient for a usage time of 30 minutes – if the vacuum is to be used again promptly, it should therefore ideally be charged directly after a use. A voice announcement system informs about the battery status, which also outputs error messages and other information.

Robot vacuum and mop ILIFE T10s

The ILIFE T10s vacuuming robot is also significantly discounted during the Prime Day promotion. The small device replaces a vacuum cleaner and performs all vacuuming tasks independently – unlike the W90. To do this, it features LDS radar navigation, which helps to survey and map the entire home. Based on the mapping once created, specific commands can be issued to the robot, which then takes over all vacuuming tasks. For example, it is possible to have it vacuum only certain rooms. Zones that cover several rooms or only parts of a room can also be defined and specified as the cleaning location. The robot will then set off – calculating the route that consumes the least energy while providing the greatest possible cleaning coverage.

In addition to vacuuming with a force of up to 3000 Pa, the robot vacuum cleaner can also wet mop the floor. For this purpose, it has a mop and a water tank. Both jobs can be performed simultaneously or separately, depending on your needs. The ILIFE T10s can also be controlled via Google’s voice assistant program and Amazon’s Alexa. This guarantees even more flexibility in the use of the robot.

It is also equipped with a 3,200 mAh battery, which allows a runtime of up to 150 minutes. When the battery is running low, the robot automatically navigates to the charging station, to which it connects on its own. If the cleaning is not finished at this point, the ILIFE T10s will independently resume it at the point where it left off, as soon as the battery charge is sufficient to do so.

Suction and mopping robot ILIFE V5s Plus

The ILIFE V5s Plus is also a vacuuming and mopping robot. However, this model has a slimmed-down feature set compared to the previously presented T10s. For example – and this is the main difference – it is not able to map the apartment. This means that no specific cleaning areas can be defined. In case of doubt, this means that the robot must be used when the room doors are closed, if only one room is to be cleaned.

Meanwhile, the V5s Plus has all the core functions of a vacuuming and mopping robot. Thus, it is equipped with a suction nozzle and a mop, a trash bin and a water tank. There are five cleaning modes to choose from in practice. This makes it possible to adapt the robot’s use to one’s own needs and circumstances.

The device’s battery holds 2,600 mAh and thus lasts for up to 110 minutes. The V5s Plus also automatically returns to the charging station when the battery is low and initiates the charging process itself. However, resuming cleaning after charging is not possible automatically here – which is due to the missing mapping function.

It is also worth mentioning that the V5s Plus is exceptionally slim with a height of 7.5 centimeters. This means that it fits well under all sorts of furniture and guarantees thorough cleaning even in places in the home that are otherwise difficult to access.
