Arctic Updates Monitor Arms Z1 (Pro), Z2 (Pro) and Z3 Pro

Arctic has recently updated its three monitor arms to the third generation, including the recently rated “Excellent” Arctic Z2 Pro (Gen 2). The new monitor arms offer improved cable management and a new design. In addition, Arctic has introduced the new W1C wall-mount monitor mount that supports monitors up to 43 inches or 49 inches in Ultra Wide format up to a maximum weight of 18 kg.

Compared to the second generation of the Z models, the mounting bracket on the table top and the stand with integrated USB hub are unchanged. Instead of USB 2.0, the updated version of the hub now supports USB 3.0. Major changes have been made to the monitor arm and the VESA mount, which can now be freely adjusted in all levels. The third generation of the Z models now offers 360 degree rotation, 180 degree swivel and 15 degree forward and backward tilt. The maximum height adjustability of the Z monitor arms depends on the size of the installed monitors.

Der Arctic Z1 (Gen 3) supports a monitor up to 43 inches or 49 inches in Ultra Wide format weighing up to 15 kg. The Z2 (Gen 3) has space for two monitors in 34 inch format with a maximum weight of 10 kg each. The largest monitor arm Z3 Pro offers space for three monitors with a maximum diagonal of 32 inches and a weight of 10 kg each. In addition, the Pro version of the Z models also offers a micro-USB port.
