Razer honors the Korean League of Legends legend Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok with its own special edition of the DeathAdder V3 Pro gaming mouse, which comes in a chic design. In addition, the Razer DeathAdder V3 is now also available as a wired model.
Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro and V3 Faker Edition in detail
League of Legends pro Faker is considered one of the most recognizable names in Esports. Razer now honors the Korean with its own special edition of the DeathAdder V3 Pro and V3 gaming mice as Faker Edition.
The design of the red mice with black details is based on the “Unkillable Demon King”. According to Razer, Faker has always been partial to the V3 Pro, which now even bears his autograph as the DeathAdder V3 Pro Faker Edition.
“The Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro Faker Edition celebrates our long-standing friendship with Faker since 2016 and gives him a version of his own favorite mouse to go along with his reputation as an esports legend,” said Flo Gutierrez, director of global esports at Razer.
The new edition, of course, offers all the benefits of the regular DeathAdder V3 Pro, which snagged the Gold Award in our November 2022 review. These include the Razer Focus Pro 30K Optical Sensor, 3rd generation Razer Optical Mouse Switches, and Razer HyperSpeed Wireless.
It also unlocks a 4,000Hz polling rate with the Razer HyperPolling wireless dongle, and it still features an ultra-light 63g design while maintaining its ergonomic form factor.
Razer DeathAdder V3: With cable and lower weight
The new Razer DeathAdder V3 also offers all the benefits of the Pro model such as the Razer Focus Pro 30K Optical Sensor, 3rd generation Optical Mouse Switches and even 8,000 Hz HyperPolling technology.
It’s ultra-lightweight at 59g, allows for minimal resistance thanks to Speedflex cables. A redesigned, smooth texture is also said to provide comfortable handling while still offering a grippy feel.
